This crossing house is divided into four spaces:
• In souplex: a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with access to the garden
• Ground floor: a living room with its functional fireplace, a small living room with access to the garden
• On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 1 bathroom & WC
• On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom & WC
• On the 3rd floor: A converted attic not available for rent

The house has a private parking space. This advantage will avoid you the parking headache especially in summer.

Finally, do not hesitate to discover the other cities of the Côte Fleurie: Honfleur, Villerville, Benerville, Villers sur Mer, Houlgate and Cabourg are less than 30 minutes away by car. Trouville-sur-Mer is a seaside resort very easily accessible by train, boat, plane or car.
