Casa Sawyer Perto das Dunas Warren com Piscina Aquecida!

This home is located on the lake-side of the Red Arrow Highway. The property is a 15-minute walk to the Warren Dunes beach. Or you can drive there which will only take 3-5 minutes (we are that close). There is a path you can walk from our property which lead you right into the dunes (we provide a map).
When you walk in you are greeted by a nice screened in porch for your enjoyment. Upstairs is a large kitchen, stocked with essentials, dishwasher, whatever you need to make wonderful meals. We have a dining area and a cozy living room space. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with queen sized beds in each of them. There is a full recently renovated bathroom upstairs with shower/tub and a double sink.

Downstairs, we have our large family room space with 2 sofas which convert into full size beds. For the kids and adults there are two twin beds and each has a twin sized trundle bed. We have setup a television downstairs with dvds for the kids, and have a game room stocked with games to play.

Surprise, there is a second kitchen downstairs leading to the back patio and pool. With two kitchens, this home can handle any cooking needs for any large gatherings. Please note pool is now CLOSEDfor the season. It will reopen May 22nd, 2026.

Outside there is a fire-pit with seating to relax and enjoy comfortable Michigan nights. The property is very close to the Red Arrow Highway so you can explore the many attractions of the area.

Rented the cottage for a long weekend pre-busy season. The cottage was a very large space with plenty of amenities and a short walk to the lake. Surrounding neighborhood was great as well. Will look to return next year. Pet friendly was a huge bonus.

A wonderful stay!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Niles' home! It is in a great location and the house comes with everything you might need. It's really nice to be close to Lake Michigan, but also have access to a heated pool. If you need anything, Niles is great with communication! We look forward to staying here again!

This is the second time we've stayed at Rosie's Cottage. Nile's (owner) is very easy to work with and answers questions promptly. The property itself is wonderful with the pool, the privacy, the convenient location, the quiet neighborhood, and all the nearby attractions and beaches.

Wonderful house - great pool!

We were 6 adults and 3 children. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and pool. The house was very well equipped with anything needed. Although we intended to visit the nearby Dunes, we so enjoyed the pool area that we never left the house for other activities.

The house is beautiful. Just about any thing you need for day to day living was made available. We didnā€™t want to go out. We cooked every night, not wanting to go to a restaurant. It was a wonderful family experience. The memories will last forever.

Sawyer and neighboring towns are wonderful. The house is perfectly set up for a multi-family vacation. The house provided activities to keep the kids busy when they werenā€™t in the pool. Highly recommend!

A great long weekend

Extremely clean, updated home. Kitchen was very well stocked. I contacted the owner a few times with questions, and was answered immediately. We lucked-out with perfect, sunny weather, so spent our time at the pool. The screened-in front porch was our favorite place to gather.

Great outdoor space!

We stayed to celebrate my parents both turning 70. We wanted to be close to Warren Dunes and have some good outdoor space and this house offered both. The front picture of the house was a little misleading as the yard and landscaping were pretty overgrown with weeds. We did have a plumbing issue while we were there, but Niles responded right away and came out and took care of it. The house was stocked full of soap, toilet paper, dishes, etc. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Well stocked home!

This property has everything you need for a great stay - and thatā€™s coming from 5 rather picky ā€œmatureā€ females. This is probably the most well stocked kitchen we have ever had, and there are tons of towels and blankets. They even have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The house is a good setup, and we practically lived outside in the nice and clean pool area. If thereā€™s one thing I would consider changing, it would be the ladder getting into the pool - itā€™s kind of wobbly. The host is amazingly responsive. You really canā€™t go wrong with this rental.

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful stay at Rosieā€™s cottage! The house was perfect for our group of 10 plus our two dogs. Great front porch and outdoor area by the pool. Two kitchen areas/fridges was key for a group like ours. This home is stocked with anything you need including soap, bath necessities, kitchen soap, spices, foilā€¦ all the things you wonder if you need to bring with you, they had it! Niles, the property owner, was extremely responsive and stayed in touch regularly. The only comment/suggestion we had is that we wished there was another TV in the house since we had two younger kids that needed down time and the older kids were staying in the basement. Also would be nice to have another TV location for the sports fans in our group. Not a big deal at all though! We didnā€™t venture out muchā€¦ spent most of our time at the pool or beach. A lot of area businesses seemed to be closed Mon- Wed. Sideyard was a cool little spot we watched live music on the patio one night and got carry out from Greenbush brewery across the street. Our kids loved Captain Mikes lol. Also visiting the nearby fruit market a few times which was great to have close! Overall, Rosieā€™s cottage was wonderful.

Great rental for families!

I would like to say as little as possible, in order to keep this gem to ourselves, haha. Everything was perfect for our family of 5, kids 13, 11 and 7 were all able to be entertained and to find space away from the others when needed :) Location was great for Weko beach, our favorite since no stairs and real bathrooms. I'll gladly pay the $15 pkg for a day of beach conveniences! But back to the house - stocked with everything you need, LOTS of bath and beach towels, all the kitchen things, even foil and saran wrap - which seems weird to mention until you've had a couple of no frills rentals. Pool was a nice distraction and around 6 ft deep at most, so made it easier for our youngest swimmer to still tool around. Lots of pool toys outisde, and plastic dishes/glasses in the downstairs kitchen for outside. Garage has all your baby and beach items, really I can't think of anything that wasn't available! Basement was refreshingly not oogy (iykyk),and the bathroom down there has been nicely updated. 5 stars for sure! Just don't reserve our week next year :)

We are a family of five that live in the Chicago area. We have family ties to Michigan and have been visiting the towns of Southwest Michigan for many years. This home in Sawyer simply had everything and more that we were looking for. Enough space for our family and guests, a comfortable neighborhood that provided a sense of nature and privacy, and a location that enables our family to travel all over the area. This property is the perfect home for our family to host people and have a wonderful time enjoying the area. Since I have been enjoying hosting our coachhouse in the Chicagoland area, we want to do the same with our home in Sawyer.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

We just love the vibe and feel of the some. It has space, but also the feel of a cottage in the woods. We love relaxing on the front porch and of course relaxing in the pool. It just offers us so much, to be able to swim in a heated pool, and yet be with nature and the woods just led us to fall in love with it.
We have professional cleaners cleaning our cottage for all guests. They use anti-bacterial cleaning supplies and make sure our cottage is CLEAN and setup for all guests.
