Our Canterbury Drive Tudor-style condo is a mountain top getaway at Peek’n Peak Resort providing the best of both a classic ski chalet and golf retreat. It is located directly on the 9th tee of the PGA championship Upper Golf Course and diagonal from Lift #3 King Richard's Willy Nilly & Alan-A-Dale ski runs. It has an unobstructed view of the golf course & is centrally located for skiing. In the morning, just shuffle across the street and down you go! Walking distance to the Golf club house, seasonal Bar & Grill, Woods'n Wedges on the 18th green. No driving necessary. No snow-making machines on our side of the street which makes for a quieter at night.

Our condo has a total of 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and 1 half bath. The first floor master bedroom features a King size bed, full bath with jetted tub/shower. The second floor landing is open to the living area below. It includes two bedrooms (Queen & Full with Twin) and a full bath with tub/shower combination. The Great Room has a gas fireplace and opens to a LARGE GROUND LEVEL deck, beautiful summer/winter views of the 9th tee and cross country ski trails/woods. The cozy leather sofa & love seat make a comfortable place to relax and unwind after an exciting day on the resort. The fully equipped kitchen has a serving counter, and is open to the dining and living areas. The large basement is an additional recreational space with a full bathroom, 3 twin beds, queen bed, foosball table, and shuffleboard. Large capacity front load washer and steam dryer are located in the basement (please use ONLY HE detergent in the washer).The covered side carport includes a propane gas grill that is available for guest use (please notify us if you run low on propane)

Peek'n Peak offers ski and golf school, along with shuttle service during ski season. All resort amenities are available (not included) to the public, including indoor/outdoor swimming pool with a water slide, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, indoor play set, indoor basketball court, indoor mini soccer field, spa, snow tubing hill, cross country skiing, aerial adventure course, dual ziplines, Segway tours, putt putt golf, 18 hole golf course, tennis courts and more.

Enjoy area attractions such as the beaches of Presque Isle, Chautauqua Institute and Lake, Findley Lake, Wineries, Waldameer Amusement/Water World, Splash Lagoon, and even Niagra Falls. This area also offers great snowmobiling, with access to over 150 miles of groomed trails.

Linens and towels are included. Plus STARTER hand soap, dish detergent, laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper & trash bags.

No hassle with keys! The condo is protected by a keypad lock which works with individual personalized codes given out to renters. You will receive your security code required to enter the home after full payment is made and one week before reservation date.

We offer flexible check-in and check-out times, but only if they are cleared through the owner and housekeeping in advance.

Cancellation policy: If the client cancels Reservations at least 60 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise, NO refund will be given. NO refunds will be given for early departures or if certain public uses of the resort are not available.
