Unwind in this stunning resort style home situated on the water and centrally located in the heart of Kendall. The home features 3 bedrooms, a opulent master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, formal dining room, spacious family room with surround sound, remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The large inviting backyard is where you will spend the majority of your time. The pool can also be heated (for an additional daily fee) during our "winter" months.

The home is located in a quiet residential area just minutes from the Florida Turnpike, 826 Palmetto and US1 providing easy access to popular shopping at Dadeland Mall. the Falls, and the Shoppes at Sunset Place. The home is 15 mins from the MIA airport; 25 mins from downtown Miami; 35 mins from Miami Beach.

Best family vacation

Very nice and the view was beautiful. My granddaughter enjoyed the pool every day that we were there and it had all that we needed for our stay..

Great Place for Family

Had a nice stay and would stay again. It was in a nice neighborhood and the house was pretty big. The whole family was able to stay there comfortably. The kitchen was nice and the pool was at a good temperature and was amazing. The only downside was that one of the showers didn’t work, and wish the jacuzzi was a bit warmer. But those are easy fixes. The backyard also was big and had an amazing view. A cool thing we experienced was that the neighbor lighted up some fireworks. 9/10 experience.

Needs repairs and great location

The location is great. Right on the canal, great local restaurants. Easy access to the highways. The house needs a repair man for about two full days. I stay at vacation rentals throughout the year. I also own a rental. I would not rent out this house if it were mine until the repairs we completed. I do have photos and written correspondence with the owners. I will simply list the problems. 1. No chemicals in the pool. Each day it got greener with algae. The last day of five, I didn't want to swim in it. The pool does not look like the photos...I have photos...the pool is green with algae. This was unacceptable. 2. No light bulbs in the Murphy bed room. The light switch does not work, the light remote did not work. The owners did put two light bulbs in, after I wrote them, and then told me I had to screw in each bulb to turn the lights on and off. Good thing I'm 6 feet 2, in order to reach the light bulbs. 3. Desks are bare of varnish and scratched up. Looks like Dorm furniture. 4. Plaster in the bathroom is falling off the walls and in the shower area. 5. Huge blue and green stains on the bed comforter. It simply needs to be replace. It was gross. My daughter wouldn't have it on the bed. 6. Broken hinges on the kitchen cabinets. 7. Seriously stained and torn cushions on the outdoor furniture. They simply need to be replaced. 8. The Kayak was full of dirty brown water and algae. It had not been cleaned in a long time. It would require a major cleaning to use. I would never rent out this house in this condition if I owned it. These are all easy fixes...but the owners obviously do not want to put any money into fixing these items. The pool algae and the stains and ripped cushions and the bedroom furniture are just unacceptable. Some positives: they upgraded the master bedroom. Extremely nice. It makes the rest of the house look badly worn. Very nice kitchen appliances. Very quiet neighborhood. Would I stay here again? Not unless all these issues were remedied.

Clean and Convenient

Property was very clean and close to market and restaurants. It complemented our stay in Miami not too far from Downtown and Coral Gables. The pool was a nice addition and the office room was very useful. Would stay again and highly recommended.

Family Fun!

We were delayed two days getting to town due to weather in Dallas on our way. The property manager worked with us every step of the way. Checking in process was seamless. The property was beautiful..they promptly answered all of our questions. We would absolutely love to stay again in the future!! Great place!

Florida Fun

Hosts were gracious enough to let us check in early due to a flight issue we ran into. Everything was very clean when we arrived and our children loved the homes amenities. The pool was great too! Good location as well. Thanks again.

Miami Vacation

The place was as advertised. Good location, backyard/pool area was amazing. They are great communicators. Had a little issue with the alarm code and Albert responded instantly and fixed the issue.

Fabulous for families

Our family had an amazing extended stay at this home while we visited family in South Florida. Albert and Diana were fantastic hosts - we appreciated meeting them to go over the features of the home upon our arrival and they were super responsive to our questions and requests. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood was nice, safe and convenient to shopping and great food. The house was spacious and conducive to working from home and homeschooling. The kitchen was well stocked enough to cook a holiday meal. The pool was amazing and a huge highlight! We would recommend for families or two couples. We hope to stay again!

Mini vacay paradise

Place was so well furnished and beautiful. Pool with waterfall made it feel like we were on an island somewhere. Such a relaxing place on canal and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Hosts were so awesome! Super responsive to my questions! I will definitely stay again!!

Love the place

It was far enough away from south beach and downtown that I did not have the hustle of those areas but close enough I could get there easily. Place was great. Enough room for 6 adults, 3 worked on day and did not disturb each other. Plan to use again soon.

Great place to stay

This property was really nice, clean and fit the seven of us comfortably. The owners were great, always readily available to answer questions and offer assistance. Great place to get away and lounge by the pool or fish in the canal. Also close to many attractions, restaurants and supermarkets. We had a great time there.

Great Miami getaway with pool

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home!! Definitely recommend! It had plenty of space for my family. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Excellent communication from the owners. They allowed me to heat the pool (to a fabulous 90degrees) which was absolutely vital to our visit, as the temperature was rather cool for much of our stay. Pool area was beautiful and the kids had a blast. Neighborhood was quiet and very nice/ residential. Short drive to the beach and very convenient to shopping/ groceries, etc. Kitchen was well stocked and I'm in love with the Nespresso Vertuo. I hope we can return soon!

Cozy Little Gem Just a Short Drive To Everything

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our initial arrival had a bit of a hiccup, but the owners were super responsive & helped us get in. The pool & view of the canal were picturesque. Our kids absolutely loved having a pool. And we loved sitting on the patio with coffee every morning to start our day. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything we needed, including a blender to make the kids some tasty tropical 🌴 pina coladas + my hubby’s absolutely favorite coffee maker -> a Nespresso machine. It made his trip! This house is within driving distance of pretty much everything. Miami Beach is is a 20 min drive & we traveled to Key Largo (1 hour drive) 3 times for fun kid activities. This Vrbo is in a great & safe area with a Starbucks, Publix grocery store & Poke Bowl places nearby. All our faves! We absolutely had the most amazing time ever & totally recommend this cozy little gem to anyone else looking for a great & relaxing getaway.

Amazing host! Everything from the property to the experience was awesome.

House was better than expected. Everything was extremely clean. Plenty of room for all. The bathroom off the pool was awesome so you didn’t have to walk through the house every time to pee. We will definitely be back. Host was more than accommodating. We would highly recommend to any family or even couples. Backyard is amazing! Definitely a place for some R&R! Nice neighborhood as well.

Relaxing Thanksgiving

Property was located close to all the amenities in Miami. Near airport. Beach only a 30 minute drive. Shopping and dining close by as well. House was perfect for a group of 6-8. House was well kept. Pool was in great condition and canal front which was fun for my kids. Having grown up in Miami felt like getting back to my roots. Safe and quiet area. Would recommend the house especially to families and would stay there again without hesitation. Met the owner the last day. Is a very pleasant individual and checked on us throughout our visit to ensure all was well.

Nice Stay in Miami

The property is according to the shown pictures. The back/poolside is very relaxing. After a rocky start everything was made possible by the owners. We enjoyed staying in this place very much.

The Perfect Spot for R&R

We were looking for a quiet secluded place to rest, relax, & recover after surgery. This was definitely it! A peaceful neighborhood setting with a fantastic view! We spent the majority of our time on the patio enjoying the sound of the gentle breeze blowing through the palm branches & looking out over the pool & canal. Albert was a gracious host who responded quickly to any needs/questions we had. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed & the washer & dryer made it a great home away from home.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful vacation in Miami in this comfortable family home. We were there to get to know the area and move our daughter into the University of Miami. We wanted a location close to the U and a good jumping off place for day trips. This property was perfect for our needs. The house is very comfortable and modern. It has everything our family needed and is deceptively large, from the outside you would never know how spacious it is. The backyard is like a resort and we enjoyed it every day. It does appear that there is a playground structure in the pictures and that is no longer there, but my kids are teens so we didn't miss it. Albert was very easy to work with and very responsive if we had any issues. We were able to easily get back and forth to the campus, and made day trips to Miami Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, the Keys, went to a Marlins game, and did all our shopping and errands for school. There are ample places to shop and eat very near by and easy access to highways as well. We would definitely return to this property in the future. We felt very safe at all times in the home and the neighborhood is very quiet.
