Unwind in this stunning resort style home situated on the water and centrally located in the heart of Kendall. The home features 3 bedrooms, an opulent master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, formal dining room, spacious family room with surround sound, remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The large inviting backyard is where you will spend the majority of your time. The pool can also be heated (for an additional daily fee of $40/day) during our "winter" months.

The home is located in a quiet residential area just minutes from the Florida Turnpike, 826 Palmetto and US1 providing easy access to popular shopping at Dadeland Mall. the Falls, and the Shoppes at Sunset Place. The home is 15 mins from the MIA airport; 25 mins from downtown Miami; 35 mins from Miami Beach.

Family vacation

Summer 2025

The property was well kept with plenty of space. The covered patio by the pool was a great space to relax and get out of the sun. The pool was amazing. Very happy I was able to spend time with our family in this lovely home.

Good Stay at a Good Price

If you are looking for ultra-modern furniture and finishing, this is NOT the place for you. If you want a comfortable stay, with comfortable furniture, really nice kitchen/appliances and plenty of room for the family (oh, and a great pool right on the canal), this IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Albert and Diana were super nice and accommodating making this an all around great experience. Would absolutely stay again.

Florida Fun

Hosts were gracious enough to let us check in early due to a flight issue we ran into. Everything was very clean when we arrived and our children loved the homes amenities. The pool was great too! Good location as well. Thanks again.

Great getaway house

My family loved the house they Did not want to leave to do activities. Many things in the house to keep them entertained with like fishing, kayaking, playing board games or just enjoying the pool. Owners responded to any question or comment we may had. Will DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN ON NEXT FAMILY VACATION.

Spacious house with fabulous pool

We stayed as a family with teenagers. They loved the pool and the ability to fish right off the backyard. My 15 year old caught 3 sizable peacock bass. The kitchen was fully stocked. We ate all breakfasts and dinners at the house. The grill worked well. The house is quite large, so we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. Communication was excellent. I would recommend it to others.

Our family goes down to Miami every summer for peacock bass fishing. This year we bought our great aunt and uncle with us. The roof poured water in the kitchen sitting area when it rained. We notified the host. The host offered no resolution to this inconvenience. Only said the home was undergoing renovations and please let them know the areas. Also, the jet tub in the master bedroom didn't work? We notified host of this and got ZERO response.

The Perfect Spot for R&R

We were looking for a quiet secluded place to rest, relax, & recover after surgery. This was definitely it! A peaceful neighborhood setting with a fantastic view! We spent the majority of our time on the patio enjoying the sound of the gentle breeze blowing through the palm branches & looking out over the pool & canal. Albert was a gracious host who responded quickly to any needs/questions we had. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed & the washer & dryer made it a great home away from home.

Great Miami getaway with pool

We had a wonderful time at this vacation home!! Definitely recommend! It had plenty of space for my family. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Excellent communication from the owners. They allowed me to heat the pool (to a fabulous 90degrees) which was absolutely vital to our visit, as the temperature was rather cool for much of our stay. Pool area was beautiful and the kids had a blast. Neighborhood was quiet and very nice/ residential. Short drive to the beach and very convenient to shopping/ groceries, etc. Kitchen was well stocked and I'm in love with the Nespresso Vertuo. I hope we can return soon!

Serene and spacious home with enjoyable heated pool and backyard pool area!

Overall our family of four enjoyed our stay and would recommend! Communication response with the host during the stay was occasionally slow as a few inquiries took some time. We booked and were charged the initial reservation installment, and thought the "heated" pool experience was included with the cost of lodging but later informed when confirming was 40 per day, which we requested and charged separately. Again overall the family enjoyed our stay and the property was accommodating and enjoyable! Very convenient access to the pool from the living room and the master BR. The master suite extremely inviting and spacious. The kitchen large and accommodating, and the family room cozy. The location reasonably convenient to most shopping needs. 35-40 minute drive to Miami Beach (Collins Ave/Ocean Drive/Washington Ave). Thank you for allowing us to share your home!

Great Place for Family

Had a nice stay and would stay again. It was in a nice neighborhood and the house was pretty big. The whole family was able to stay there comfortably. The kitchen was nice and the pool was at a good temperature and was amazing. The only downside was that one of the showers didn’t work, and wish the jacuzzi was a bit warmer. But those are easy fixes. The backyard also was big and had an amazing view. A cool thing we experienced was that the neighbor lighted up some fireworks. 9/10 experience.

Needs repairs and great location

The location is great. Right on the canal, great local restaurants. Easy access to the highways. The house needs a repair man for about two full days. I stay at vacation rentals throughout the year. I also own a rental. I would not rent out this house if it were mine until the repairs we completed. I do have photos and written correspondence with the owners. I will simply list the problems. 1. No chemicals in the pool. Each day it got greener with algae. The last day of five, I didn't want to swim in it. The pool does not look like the photos...I have photos...the pool is green with algae. This was unacceptable. 2. No light bulbs in the Murphy bed room. The light switch does not work, the light remote did not work. The owners did put two light bulbs in, after I wrote them, and then told me I had to screw in each bulb to turn the lights on and off. Good thing I'm 6 feet 2, in order to reach the light bulbs. 3. Desks are bare of varnish and scratched up. Looks like Dorm furniture. 4. Plaster in the bathroom is falling off the walls and in the shower area. 5. Huge blue and green stains on the bed comforter. It simply needs to be replace. It was gross. My daughter wouldn't have it on the bed. 6. Broken hinges on the kitchen cabinets. 7. Seriously stained and torn cushions on the outdoor furniture. They simply need to be replaced. 8. The Kayak was full of dirty brown water and algae. It had not been cleaned in a long time. It would require a major cleaning to use. I would never rent out this house in this condition if I owned it. These are all easy fixes...but the owners obviously do not want to put any money into fixing these items. The pool algae and the stains and ripped cushions and the bedroom furniture are just unacceptable. Some positives: they upgraded the master bedroom. Extremely nice. It makes the rest of the house look badly worn. Very nice kitchen appliances. Very quiet neighborhood. Would I stay here again? Not unless all these issues were remedied.

Clean and Convenient

Property was very clean and close to market and restaurants. It complemented our stay in Miami not too far from Downtown and Coral Gables. The pool was a nice addition and the office room was very useful. Would stay again and highly recommended.

Family Fun!

We were delayed two days getting to town due to weather in Dallas on our way. The property manager worked with us every step of the way. Checking in process was seamless. The property was beautiful..they promptly answered all of our questions. We would absolutely love to stay again in the future!! Great place!
