Welcome to your charming and inviting vacation home! Nestled in a multi apartment building, this cozy 700 sq ft space is the perfect spot to make unforgettable memories during your stay.
As you enter, you`ll immediately notice the the large kitchen window with natural light and the openness, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a soft carpet, comfortable queen bed, and plenty of storage space for your belongings.
The bathroom is spacious and provides a stand-up shower to start your day refreshed and invigorated. We`ve taken great care to ensure that your needs are met, and our attentive staff is always available to help with anything else you may require during your stay.
The living room and kitchen areas are perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a fridge, stove, microwave, and essential kitchen tools. The island with seating for two is perfect for enjoying your meals or a glass of wine.
For additional guests, the living room features a pull-out couch that comfortably sleeps one or two people (for an additional fee per guest). You`ll find a large TV with Netflix and a variety of board games to keep you entertained during your downtime.
We take your safety and comfort seriously, and our building is equipped with wired carbon monoxide/smoke detectors, auto-locking doors, and professionally cleaned between each guest. We`re also proud to be an LGBTQ2S+ friendly establishment, and everyone is welcome at our vacation home.

Guests will have access to laundry facilities if required . Before you book in, if required we will issue a permit card for street parking. We will require a license plate number and will book it online for you!
We operate off of the August Smart Lock system, so if you did not receive an email with the app instructions when you booked, contact us immediately so we can manually set this up for you. We can also provide a physical key is requested.
Unfortunately the Bi level building is not wheelchair accessible, it has 5 steps down.
We live on site, so if you need anything what-so-ever, don`t hesitate to send me a text message during your stay and we will do everything possible to ensure that you get what you need.
The apartment is located in the historic Ramsay neighborhood which features character houses. Walk up Scotsman Hill to see beautiful views of Calgary before heading to downtown to enjoy the excellent shopping and dining in the area.
We are pleased to inform you about the convenient transportation options available in our area. Just around the corner from our location, you will find several bus systems that can take you to your desired destination.
If you wish to head straight to the downtown core, we recommend taking the #302 bus that passes through Inglewood. Alternatively, if you prefer to explore the lively 17th ave, you can hop on the 24 bus at the same stop.
For those who need to access the Erlton Ctrain station, the Ramsay/Renfrew bus #17 is also conveniently located nearby. The station can also be reached by foot with a 15-minute walk.
We provide street parking with a permit, and we will register your license plate number online. In case you have additional vehicles, you can easily park them across the street, which does not require a permit.
In addition, if you are interested in renting a car without the responsibility of maintenance, we suggest checking out Calgary`s `Communauto` service. Furthermore, getting around Calgary is easy with Uber and Lime bikes available.
If you need transportation from the airport, we are happy to provide a pick-up service for a fee of $50, subject to our availability.

The unit is located on the lower level of this Bi-level home. Some noise transfer can be expected.
We keep our space pretty tidy and we also like to use as much natural cleaning products and scents as possible. If you have any specific sensitivities, please let us know in advance so we can determine if we can accommodate.
For coffee: We provide a kerig coffee machine in the unit for your convenience. As part of our commitment to sustainable living, we`ve transitioned away from single-use Keurig cups. Instead, savor the rich aroma of freshly ground coffee brewed in a French press, provided for your convenience.

Although our property is pet-free, it may not be a good fit for those with severe allergies due to the possible presence of animals in the past
There is a $300 penalty for unauthorized pets in the unit.
Sofa Beds: For your convenience, sofa beds will remain unmade unless specifically requested. This allows you to enjoy the space as it is, with more room to relax and unwind.
Outdoor Furniture: Please note that outdoor furniture is exposed to the elements and may have some pollen, dust, or other natural debris. We do our best to keep it clean, but this is part of the charm of enjoying the great outdoors! - No smoking or vaping of any substances in units or building. There will be a charge of $1000 or more to cover the cost of cleaning to remove the odor. - Not suitable for pets, $500 penalty for unauthorized pets in the unit. - Noise is to be kept to a low level after 10pm and over all respectful levels during your stay - For security reasons, there are no visitors allowed in the unit other than the guests approved to stay, unless otherwise communicated to and approved by the host. - Please do not flush paper towels, tissues and feminine products down toilet - Please use a reasonable amount of water and electricity to help us maintain a sustainable environment; excessive usage may result in additional charges. - Unapproved Late Checkout Policy: Checkout is 11 AM; unauthorized late checkout fees: $50 (up to 1 hour), $100 (after 11 AM), $150 (after 12 PM) - The person who booked is required to send a photo of their ID and the full names of the other guests staying for verification purposes.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The apartment is spacious, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown. My wife and I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was comfortable, clean and well cared for with everything we needed. It was a great location to get to the stampede and close to some great places for a drink or bite to eat.

A gem in the City!
Highly recommend this charming little home-away-from-home. Ramsay is a lovely neighborhood with lots of amenities in nearby Inglewood. The home was clean, comfy, and so much better than staying in a hotel. The backyard sitting area was a nice surprise. Wonderfully quick communication. Book this place!

Not anything like the description.. No A/C.. no fans to cool the humid very uncomfortable air and bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Stampede stay!!
This was a great location for our 2 night stampede stay! Sam was super communicative and entry into the unit was easy with the app. there are a few stairs that go down to the condo but otherwise very accessible. The unit was super clean and the bed was comfortable. It was about a 20 minute walk to the Erton station stampede entrance. Right around the corner from Crossroads Market and in the middle of the Barley Belt. Highly recommend!

Great little apartment!
Convenient and close to downtown! Ramsay is a cute little world of its own while being in the city. Full of character homes with that quaint feel. You have to have breakfast at Reds. The apartment was clean and quiet, well put together ……. Everything a couple away could ask for !

In his free time he love to do yoga, explore the mountains, fold origami, eat food and take care of people. Nic is originally from Nova Scotia, but has been a Calgarian for many years. He currently works for non-profit and does coaching part time.
