Enter this 440 square foot bungalow and find yourself in a spacious living room with a high-vaulted ceiling. Its beach inspired décor and comfortable seating, as well as a fireplace, a ceiling fan, a skylight, and a 42” wall-mounted flat screen TV, invite you to relax in this colorful, yet gentle space.


A quaint and modern kitchen provides everything you need to create your meals – all you need do is add the food and the camaraderie. And there is a seating nook for two in the event that you want to sip coffee or grab a quick bite.


The well-designed and spacious master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, calming décor, a large flat screen TV, and a full en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A ceiling fan and natural lighting make it comfortable and pleasant. Quality linens for the bed and bath are also provided for your ultimate comfort.

The home has A/C for the individual rooms which is controlled by a wireless remote for each respective wall units.


This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting. PETS: ONE TIME FEE OF $150 FOR DOGS - NO CATS ALLOWED.
