This Ocean Front Condo it's managed and maintained by Owner. We provide an Extra clean condo. The condo features 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed with a walk-in closet, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans, and Smart TV's. New central A/C unit, and brand new furniture. Fully stocked kitchen (quartz counter top), with a dishwasher. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, coolers, BLACK-OUT shades/curtains for a restful night sleep. We have a key lock box, so you can Enter the condo anytime.

*Children over 13 are welcomed.*

The complex offers 24/7 security, beach access to the same beach as the Royal Sonesta Hotel, and the El San Juan Resort Hotel for half the price, private grounds that include an olympic size swimming pool, kiddie pool, tennis court, volleyball/basketball court, playground, picnic tables, and barbecue grill. FREE assigned indoor parking with easy access to the elevators.

Marbella Del Caribe Este (East) is one of the most sought after condominiums. It's located on the "strip" on Isla Verde Avenue with easy access to restaurants, casinos, banks, car rental companies, and a 24-hour Walgreens (across the street) all within walking distance. A Car is Not necessary for our location unless you want to explore the beautiful Island.

The condo is 10 minutes away and a $10 Uber ride from San Juan's International Airport ( NO airplane noise), and only 15 minutes away from Condado and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Close to major highways for easy access to the entire Island.

Great location on a Gorgeous Beach

The location of this property and the proximity to the beach couldn't be any better. We spent the entire week enjoying the beautiful beach and eating and drinking at the local establishments, which are within walking distance of the property.

Best Vacation Ever

The host was great from start to finish. Communicatred clearly, provided written guidance that was clear and concise. The view of the beach and pool from the balcony while enjoying a bottle of wine or sipping coffee was great. The host provided information about stores and resturants in the surrounding area. The condo is central to a lot of places and if we wanted to go outside of San Juan, Uber was at the curb before we could get downstairs. Would definately stay here again. Hats off to the host.

Best condo in Isla Verde

Our stay at Gabrielā€™s condo was amazing. The pictures on VRBO do not do it justice. Beautiful condo, everything you need. Walking distance to restaurants. The pool and the beach was an easy access for my 78-year-old mother. Gabriel was extremely accommodating. He checked to make sure we got there safely, he checked on us in the middle of the week, and at the end of the week. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best place to stay!

The listing doesnā€™t do any justice to the actual condo and the view is phenomenal! I spent 1 week there and it was great! The locals are very welcoming and friendly as well. I would definitely be staying here again in the future!

Perfect winter getaway

This was the perfect spot for us to escape the chilly winter. The beach and pool are beautiful and well kept, and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Close to San Juan, Condado, PiƱones, and easy to buy the things we needed.

We absolutely loved our host and and stay. The place was beautiful and clean. Had pleanty of space with a stunning view of the beach. The property is located conveniently in the middle of everything and across the street from a walgreens. No complaint, would recommend 10/10.

Beach, diving & nightlife

This was the perfect location. My wife wanted long walks on the beach, I wanted some scuba diving, and my sons wanted some nightlife. This place is close to everything. Plus a great neighborhood for meals, groceries and sundries! We plan to recommend it to friends and family.

Beautiful property and the perfect location

My daughter, son-in-law, and I enjoyed a relaxing week in Gabriel's condo. The views from the balcony and both bedroom windows are spectacular. The condo was sparkling clean and included all necessities (cooler, chairs towels, etc.). The location is convenient to airport and stores. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Beautiful Condo and Location!

Listing description and photos are very accurate. Condo has an amazing view of the ocean and pool. It is also very convenient to good food options and the odds and ends you always need can be obtained by the Walgreens across the street. Best part is the owner Gabriel. He sends great instruction and communicated (text) throughout the stay to make sure all was going well. Fantastic experience!!

Excellent location and view

The condo was clean, Gabriel was easy to reach and helpful. The view is awesome. The beach had little sargassum (there was much more as one walked eastwards closer to the point). The central air is a big plus.
