Welcome to this magnificent 71 m² T4 apartment, nestled in the heart of a 5★ luxury residence, ideally located at the departure point of the Bossonnet ski lifts in La Clusaz, just a few minutes' walk from the village amenities.



Able to accommodate 6 to 8 people, this exceptional apartment gives you access to the residence's private wellness area (swimming pool and sauna) from 9am to 9pm. (45-minute slots to be booked the day before for the following day.)



The accommodation comprises as follows:



- Living room with double sofa bed and flat-screen television

- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster

- 2 double bedrooms with double bed (one with flat-screen television)

- 1 bedroom with two bunk beds

- Bathroom with bathtub and granite washbasin

- Shower room with walk-in shower and granite washbasin

- Separate WC

- South-facing balcony or terrace with views of the mountain and the village of La Clusaz (terrace ~10 m² on the 1st floor / balcony ~6 m² on upper floors)

- Private ski locker with boot dryer

Parking: €10/day (1 space per apartment)

Pets accepted: €10 per animal per day

Cleaning during stay, change of towels and bed linen: additional charge at reception

Raclette set, fondue set, crêpe party set, DVD player, extension lead, plug adapter, iron and ironing board, sledges, shovels.

For children: baby cot, baby high chair, baby bath.

Small kitchen equipment: measuring jug, tart dish, cake tin, blender, board games.



Some useful information:

Beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2 per person), tea towels, bath mats and welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, washing-up liquid, a few washing tablets, sponge, 4 toilet rolls/WC…) are included in the service as well as end-of-stay cleaning.

We can provide you free of charge with a baby cot type travel cot and a high chair on request.
