Nestled in the Regional Nature Reserve of Millevaches, in the unspoiled countryside of the Corrèze region, the furnished guest house has its own independent access and sits on the first and second levels of the main house. The host is away, and guests will have the guest house to themselves and no shared spaces.
The property is set on 2,550 m2 (±0.6 acre) of land, with two patios and beautiful gardens graced by two small ponds, where you can wander or enjoy a peaceful rest.
The 2-level guest house is furnished and can accommodate 4 to 5 persons.
It is rated 3* and is registered with Tourisme Corrèze.
It has WiFi by optical fiber.
The guest house was fully renovated in the Spring of 2024

Grounds:
• 2,550 m² (0.6 acre) of beautiful grounds graced by patios, gardens and two small ponds. What used to be a grazing field for the cow herd has been turned into a wonderful and tranquil setting of beautiful gardens with a wide collection of plants and trees.
• Outside the guesthouse, the backyard has been laid out in two separate tiled patios and a wooden deck with flower beds and shrub borders leading to the gardens.
• In the storage shed, at your disposal, are a patio table and chairs, four lounge chairs, a sun umbrella, and a portable charcoal BBQ.

In the bedrooms, each bed is equipped with a fully zipped hypoallergenic and antibugs waterproof mattress protector, a mattress cover, a 240x220 cm comforter, one additional blanket, 2-65x65 cm pillows and pillow protectors.

The property is not equipped with a charging station or suitable outlets for charging electric or hybrid vehicles. Therefore, IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO USE ANY DOMESTIC ELECTRICAL OUTLETS, WHETHER INDOOR OR OUTDOOR, TO CHARGE AN ELECTRIC OR HYBRID VEHICLE. The electrical system has not been designed or sized for this purpose. Any unauthorized charging may cause malfunctions or damage to the property’s electrical installation, potentially resulting in a total power outage, overheating, or even a fire hazard. In the event of non-compliance, the tenant will be held liable, and any additional electricity consumption costs incurred will be fully charged to the tenant.
