The chalet, 5 stars-rated, offers a complete immersion in a mountain landscape unique in the world: the "Mont Blanc" but also the "Aiguille du Midi", the "Aiguille verte", the "Grandes Jorassses", and the "Fiz" massif. The warm old-wood interior ambiance is combined with a contemporary layout. The interior architecture on three levels completed by half-levels (wine cellar, jacuzzi area and children's dormitory) served by the staircase gives the chalet a unique charm with varied atmospheres. The huge terrace at the level of the living area (dining room, open kitchen, warm fire place) overlooks the landscape as in a hot air balloon with a 4000 m visible vertical drop.

A concierge company handles the key collection and is available in case of problems or various needs.

The chalet is located in an extremely quiet environment in the heart of a loop of the "route de la Cry", a bucolic area with trees. Children can play outside without any danger, even beyond the garden.

The chalet benefits from the shuttle service to access the start of the slopes of Combloux: two shuttle stops are located near the chalet. A few minutes by shuttle to access Combloux' ski area, same for the center of the village. Megève is a 5 minutes drive from the chalet by the charming road of Ormaret without traffic jam. The "Princesse" slope departure (Megève ski area) , is less than 2km by car with a huge free parking area.

The chalet has a garage, as well as three outdoor parking spaces and an additional one on the edge of the garden.
The chalet is recommended for a maximum of 8 adults (4 double bedrooms)
and 5 children (up to 14 years old who can sleep in the 5 single beds dormitory).
The use of the garden, terraces, and balcony must be done with respect for the neighborhood, in a concern of courteous discretion.
The so-called "cleaning" costs also include the provision of bed linen (beds made on arrival) and towels, as well as a personalized reception.
