Beautiful home

Very clean home with a great location. Stayed here during the stagecoach music festival and it was only about 10 minutes from the event. The host had good communication and was very helpful with getting situated. Iā€™d definitely stay here again if I had the opportunity.

Great property, location

The property was exactly as depicted - roomy, well appointed with glasses/utensils, etc., great location with very clear instructions and detailed information about the house. Close to hikes, restaurants and manageable distance from Joshua Tree National Park (~ 1 hour drive). Would go back!!

Wonderful Time

This property is wonderful! It is very large and provided lots of space and comfort for my family of five. It is close to several different pools. The property manager, Gordon, is awesome. His communication is always very quick and he was super accommodating and flexible. Highly recommend!

Excleent location for those who like golf or shopping. The unit was as shown in the photographs and the spices that are their for your convienience was wonderful. Great kitchen area plus a breakfast nook and whole dining room. Beds were firm and comfortable. The questions I had for the owner were responded to almost immediately. This is a place for a very relaxing vacation.

Gordon was an excellent host. Very responsive and easy to work with. The property was very spacious and perfect for our group. The only issue was the community pools werenā€™t clean or heated. Highly recommend staying with Gordon.

Fabulous home!

Gord was the best host, and replied quickly to any of my questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home...plenty of room, comfy couch and beds, extremely clean and well maintained. Loved the high-end appliances, fully stocked kitchen with spices and extras. We left an unopened quart of ice cream for the next folks to enjoy (as someone had left one for us...fun treat!) Can't wait to stay longer next time.

Fantastic House!!!!

The house was great, spread out, roomy, fantastic location on the stadium course. Gordon was easy to work with and very accommodating. He even messaged us after check-in to make sure everything was satisfactory. The house also had all the little extras (hangers, kitchen things,etc.) which was nice. Will 100% stay again. My wife and I worked and relaxed at this wonderful property, in a tremendous location on the Stadium course. Gord was the most proactive and responsive host Iā€™ve worked with and couldnā€™t do enough, fast enough, to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. Thanks Gord!

Gordon was a great communicator leading up to the rental and even after in locating a missing item. House was very clean and even better than advertised. No one in pools nearby even on weekends so was compatible with social distancing. Will return...

Great location great place to stay

We stayed at this beautiful large condo for a music festival in October 2023. Itā€™s easy to get to restaurants, and other locations like big box discount stores and grocery. The condo backs up to a golf course so you can watch players while you have your breakfast. Thereā€™s a beautiful kitchen and formal dining room for those who like to cook. Thereā€™s a pool available a very short walk away which is well maintained and refreshing in the heat. Itā€™s quiet at night so great for sleeping. The owner is very responsive if any questions arise before or during your stay. If weā€™re ever in the the area again, we would stay here.

Rough start but good stay

Upon arriving at the gate my name was not on the list with the guard. Had to reach the second contact before they finally let me in. After entering the unit I discovered a full trash can, non working internet, non working pantry light and a non functioning ice maker. It was rather late but I took a chance and reached out to the property manager who was very responsive and immediately started working on resolutions. I wound up having to be the repair guy and had to take away time from my group to help the Internet company find and resolve the non-working Internet (2days of the 6). The ice maker was never resolved and we were told to buy ice which we did. The unit was well furnished and well maintained. I was not offered anything in return for the inconveniences and my time as a repairman and troubleshooter manager was very nice and responsive but I donā€™t go on vacation to be inconvenienced.

Good, bad, and ugly.

Good: The beds, pillows, and linens were very comfortable. The majority of the furnishings were nice quality. The kitchen was well equipped, and even had spices that we forgot to buy. The paper products were nice. Bad: The sectional was in need of a good cleaning, and a small repair on a split seam. There was no bath soap in any of the bathrooms. The owner has cameras on the patio, so we were reluctant to use the patio after the first evening. It felt very awkward knowing that the owner could be watching at any time. We lowered the window shades enough to keep the camera from viewing inside the house, however, the dinette area shade had a broken cord and we did not try to lower it. The ugly: During our stay the owner had their HVAC company come to the service the house. Our car was parked in the driveway as the Tahoe was too large for the garage. The servicemen let themselves into the house as we were napping from a long day of golf. I heard someone at the entry and went out to check what was happening. The serviceman told me he rang the doorbell and when we didn't answer he called the owner who gave him the door code and told him to go in. We would not return due to the lack of privany afforded guest.

Almost perfect

The condo was large, beautifully furnished and equipped with up-to-date appliances. Very minor negatives were that the fireplace and garage door remote didn't work. But everything else was first class and comfortable. Plus it was the perfect location for us since my wife's sister lives in this complex. Enjoyed the proximity to so many great restaurants and golf courses. I'm still licking my wounds after being beaten up by the Nicklaus Tournament Course. But what an experience!
