Race-Themed Luxury 7th Floor Texas Motor Speedway Condo - Right on the track!

If you want a secure getaway with minimum occupancy, this condo is for you! This condo is located right on the Texas Motor Speedway and, except for race weekends, the entire building is almost completely unoccupied.

Just 14 miles north of Ft. Worth on I-35W with convenient access to DFW Airport and minutes away from food and the Stockyards!

This is the perfect getaway for anyone that loves NASCAR! 2 bedrooms (plus sleeper sofa), 2 full bathrooms, fully furnished, sleeps 6 comfortably and ready for entertaining. Additional guests will have to arrange their own sleeping arrangements. On race weekends, only 8 guests will receive tickets to be in the condo during the races.

All linens and complete kitchen utensils are provided. There is a washer and dryer available in the condo during your stay. Bring your own food and favorite beverages and never leave the premises (fridge will be stocked with water upon your arrival). Catering is also available from nearby restaurants.

PARKING: Available right in front of the condo and security is on premises 24/7. Enjoy swimming in the Texas shaped pool or play tennis on the courts (for guests only).

Please NO SMOKING inside of the condo - Please be respectful of the property. We ask that you please remove shoes while in the residence as to help maintain a clean area throughout. Please book at least 7 days prior to reservation dates to allow us to get the property ready.

RACE WEEKENDS:*
You will be provided with 8 electronic tickets per race/per day - They may not allow Pit Access. The tickets will allow only 8 guests in the condo during a race - A ticket is required for each person who enters the condo during race weekends. You can purchase additional tickets in advance at a premium price, if needed. Let me know in advance so that can be done!

*If you do happen to book a race weekend before our prices are adjusted for the included tickets, please be aware that you may need to pay the adjustment!

WI-FI INTERNET ACCESS IS PROVIDED. All info will be given at the time you arrive at the location to check in.

Thank you Brian. I thank you for taking care of the additional cleaning. As you saw 1 picture of just a bit of what I encountered. Thank goodness my bookings I leave a couple days between each one. There was 14 loads of laundry, floors that I cleaned before cleaning lady, dirty dishes in dishwasher (refried beans don't smell too good). I am glad you and your guests had a good time.

Winner at the Speedway

This suite at TMS was exactly as described, very comfortable, and clean. We were able to stay close to the track during the Solar Car Challenge which helped the team get more rest AND enjoy a little free time at the pool. Thanks again for accommodating our group!

Loved every minute of the stay

Exceeded my expectations. When I walked in I was took back by the view. Pictures of condo or view don’t do it justice. Host was very helpful with any questions and very quick to respond. I’ll definitely be staying again

Excellent!

We had a great family get-away at this condo! For nascar fans - this place was fantastic! While there we got to attend a dirt track race, hopped into Fort Worth to visit the Stockyards and enjoyed the outlet mall right across the highway. The pool and tennis court was also a great way to relax (and we had it all to ourselves). Definitely want to revisit one day!

Perfect unit for a family getaway.

We were headed to Fort Worth to see some friends and family over the 4th of July! This unit is clean, well organized, an amazing location, and FUN! We saw fireworks from both sides of the units for 2 nights in a row! Ray is extremely responsive and kind, We will definitely be back on our next visit!

The only way to watch a race!

We were there for the NASA Texas Texas Motor Speedway Roval Event. This condo was absolutely perfect! August in Texas is miserable outside, but we were able to enjoy all the races from the cold air conditioning! The windows allow you to see the entire track so you won’t miss a thing. The beds were comfortable and the condo was nice and tidy when we got there. Our stay was completely enjoyable! Would rent again in a heartbeat! (Wish it was available for a NASCAR race!!)

Thank you for your review and for staying at our condo. It is available for NASCAR races! But it will cost quite a bit more. Race tickets are provided for 8 guests and well as 10 pit passes for the entire race weekend and parking UNDER the condo building! Pick a date and check the costs! Next one is in November 2019.

Once again we had a fabulous stay at Laura's condo overlooking the Texas Motor Speedway. This was our 3rd time staying in this condo while visiting the area. Central location great decor and amazing view of Speedway
