East St Gem is only 6 miles from fabulous Boyne Resort, with World Class Skiing and Snowboarding, zip lining and the midwest's largest indoor waterpark at Avalanche Bay. The Sky Bridge is open for fall color tours. BOYNE GOLF WITH 11 COURSES IS RATED BY USA TODAY A S A TOP 10 VISITED AREA.
We are also located ONLY TWO BLOCKS to downtown restaurants , shops and pubs and Lake Charlevoix.
Our vacation home is newly renovated, spacious and clean with all the comforts of home INCLUDING AIR CONDITIONING. Amenities include a large living room with Flexsteel Sofa, Samsung 55 in. Smart TV with Spectrum TV and WIFI. The master bedroom is oversized with a new king bed and a 43 in Smart TV with Netflix. There is also an ensuite bath with body wash and shampoo dispensers as well as a rain shower head. The private backyard features a deck for that morning coffee and serene outdoor living area, SEASONAL barbeque grill and firepit for your enjoyment. Attached garage for your convenience, we even have bicycles and yard games for you to use.. Leave your car parked and WALK TO EVERYTHING! Only 2 blocks to shopping, restaurants, pubs, Lake Charlevoix, Public Boat Launch and Boyne's Famous Farmers Market. You'll love Friday's Stroll the Streets and Wednesday's free concerts in Veterans Park. . A wonderful place to stay. It was cozy, clean and well appointed. It was the perfect place to stay while skiing in the area. Hosts were great communicators. Highly recommend.

Family of four adults. We stayed over Christmas. The house is a great base to go to Boyne Mtn. Equipped with everything you may need for a comfortable holiday stay. Comfortable and accommodating. Great kitchen with all you may need to feel at home. Loved the communication with the owner! Thank you.

This home was perfect for us. It was spotless which we really appreciated! The location was great! We didn't do any walking due to on and off showers but drove and it was so close to down town. We enjoyed the little farmers market on Saturday. It was only a 10 minute drive to the Sky Bridge and extrememly close to Avalanche Mountain.

One of the best houses we’ve ever stayed in. The home was inviting, had everything we needed for entertainment (and more), had comfortable bedrooms, and had everything we could need in the kitchen. Really made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect for our little family, and our very active baby.

Lovely home. Very Clean and roomy for 4. The beds were very comfy. I am in a wheel chair and I appreciated the fact that there was a ramp. It was a little steep but it worked. That's the main reason we chose this home. Boyne was a nice town with some excellent restaurants. We had an issue with the bedroom tv but it was taken care of the same day. Thank you for being great hosts.

Great spot! We’ve rented twice and plan to continue. The owners keep things clean and provide all of the amenities you’d expect from a great property rental. Highly recommend if you have a family.

Second time here and love this place. Check in was very smooth. House was very clean and the amenities and welcome gift basket were a nice touch and very thoughtful. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do-golf, shop, wineries and breweries and a ton of restaurants. Definitely will rent again!

This house was just perfect for our stay. The accommodations were wonderful and the hosts were too. We enjoyed being able to take a short walk into town and also a short drive into other towns to explore. Boyne City is quaint and cute. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay! Easy check in and out. The place was clean and had everything you could need. The location was excellent. Only a 10 minute walk into town and it was such a nice town to explore. We went to the farmers market on Saturday morning and it was only 2 blocks away on the water. Also, only a short drive to Boyne Mountain, Petoskey, and Charlevoix.

It was perfect!!

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was cute, clean, comfortable and conveniently located!! We used it as our ‘base camp’ to come home to after day trips to Mackinac Island, Sleeping Bear sand dunes, Traverse its and Petoskey!!! Would definitely stay again!!

Incredible stay in Boyne!

We have stayed in several rentals in Boyne City and this was by far the best one! It had everything we needed! The location was perfect and it was sparkling clean! We plan to book it again for next year!

Love this place!!!

This is the perfect place to stay and either play or relax. The owners reached out beforehand and the place had absolutely everything we could need or want. It is close to town so you can walk. There are games to play, bikes to ride, books to read. It is decorated adorably. It is definitely a home away from home. We absolutely loved it!!!
