Located just steps away from Fir Landings Public Boat Launch, this spectacular property is sure to please the boater in your family with its quick and easy access to Little Oyster Bay. 2 first level bedrooms and 2 second level bedrooms, with a large open floor plan makes this home very enjoyable for large family or two family rental. Open decks, great vista's. Many new renovations, including new flooring and new furnishings. Fenced in back yard. Outdoor Shed w/ Beach Accessories ( Beach Chairs and beach toys).

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less, then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge, and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

Surprised at the beautiful view. Totally met our needs with 6 to 8 people there. Enjoyed the elevated rear deck with the gas grill. Very functional kitchen.

The location was perfect, easy access to all the Island has to offer with a little quietness as well. I was a little unhappy when I came in and dust bunnies were rolling across the floor looked like mold on the bathroom ceiling in the upstairs bathroom and the toilet seat was also broke in the upstairs bathroom. The pictures online looked great but the house could definitely use some freshening up. Furniture was definitely a little crusty and I didn't like that they wanted you to sweep and vacuum upon leaving yet leave a tip for the housecleaner. The vacuum could be replaced or at least a new filter maybe if you want me to vacuum and no matts in bathrooms. We made do but I will only rent from a soul owner from now on and not a company as they don't take as much pride in the home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is clean, well equipped and an easy walk to Maddox Boulevard restaurants and shops. The way the house is laid out is ideal for a family or for four couples and the separate thermostats for upstairs and downstairs is a plus. I enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the deck listening to the birds. Just be mindful the house is up on piling so there are a lot of stairs to climb with your belongings!

The only thing I would say about the kitchen equipment is that there are no instructions about the dishwasher. It worked but it has a three hour cycle. Reviewer Comments: House is beautiful and well equipped with everything you need from great comfortable beds to beautiful decks overlooking the bay with great sunrises on one side and sunsets on the other. The layout of the house is very nice with lots of privacy in the bedrooms. The three bathrooms was definitely a plus with a party of seven. The quietness of the location was wonderful. Highly recommend to all, you will not be disappointed.

June vacation at Channel Breeze

The house was very clean and well stocked. There was a small glitch with the air conditioning but it was addressed and resolved within a day. The deck, laundry area, kitchen size, and outdoor shower area were great perks. There was a lot of small ant activity, particularly on the first floor. The youngest member of our party had a startling allergic outbreak of hives that caused concern for the first two days, but it was controlled with an increase in his allergy medication. It was unsettling because the cause was unknown. Based on the dog hair in the broom, we are guessing it was a reaction to a previous occupant's pet.

Reviewer Comments: The freezer did not work, the cleaning crew missed gum on a head board and the bedroom with a queen bed was never cold and the fan was very loud. The overall house was beautiful. It needed some maintenance repairs such as a shelf broken in the second floor bathroom closet and a wall dent on the second floor.

We enjoyed the sea-related themes and artwork throughout, and the view overlooking the channel was pleasant and peaceful. The kitchen is very well-appointed, had everything we needed, and the availability of beach chairs and sand toys was a great asset.As others have noted, ants were an annoyance, and the freezer was unreliable. We were slightly disappointed that when the propane tank for the grill ran out, we would have had to take time to replace it ourselves. Overall, our stay at Channel Breeze was fantastic, and we would highly recommend this property to others.

We lost 14 steaks because they froze and then unthawed and refroze. Costly. They did come to take a look but at that point it was working. Upstairs was a bit warm. Also had an ant issue. We swept the floors daily to keep the problem at a minimum. Overall a nice place.

To bad we can't find something in the area with the same number of bedrooms and baths but less steps getting to the main floor. The grandchildren and friends love being so near the dock for crabbing!! We will continue visiting Chincoteague and using your rental agency as both are superb.

Great house!

We (two families with young kids) had a great stay at this house. Overall, it was a comfortable house that had enough seating (inside and out) and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. Our kids didn’t get to enjoy the backyard as much as we had hoped because it was extremely hot during our visit (heat advisory a couple of days) and we spent most of our time at the beach, but they did have fun playing in the backyard in the early mornings before it got too hot. Guests should be aware that the temperature in the house can be drastically different in the front and back rooms. The back rooms on both floors (living and dining rooms on the first floor and one of the second floor bedrooms) have large windows facing the afternoon sun and really heated up in the afternoons. Again, it was extremely hot during our stay and this might not be “normal” for the house, but we had the A/C set to 72 and the thermostat in the upstairs back bedroom read 82-84 a couple of afternoons. Downstairs was not as bad, 78 or so, and the three bedrooms in the front of the house were the correct temperature. In fact, the couple that stayed in the upstairs front bedroom were chilly at night! Otherwise, great house and Harbor Rentals was extremely easy to work with.
