Crescent Towers II - 406 is a 3 bedroom condo located directly oceanfront.

Enjoy your vacation in this relaxing condo! This condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is directly oceanfront. It has a king bed and has direct access to the master bathroom and balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the hall bathroom. The third bedroom has two double beds. The living room is directly oceanfront with direct access to the balcony.

This building does not allow smoking on balconies or on the grounds of the property.  All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Towers II Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.

The condo was in a great location!!

View was beautiful

They only thing negative I have to say is the bathtub jets didn’t work, and they were not done cleaning when we got there and we had to wait almost an hour standing outside, the property manger handled it very well.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry for the confusion on the bath tub. The bathtub is not supposed to be a jetted tub nor is it advertised as a jetted tub.

Vacation 2020

We had a party of 5 adults. Location was perfect! This is a smaller building with only 9 floors with 4 condos per floor. There is only one elevator but we never once rode the elevator with anyone. We enjoyed staying here. The beach was not crowded like when you stay at the larger condo buildings. Our condo was clean and was well stocked with pots and pans and plates and utensils. The kitchen is a little small. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good size. I would highly recommend staying here. We had a great time!

Ocean front with great beach!

Easy access to beach with beautiful view in main bedroom. Enough room in other 2 bedrooms since we were out enjoying the beach, shopping and golf most of the time! Well equipped kitchen for meals when we didn’t go out.

Perfect location. Beach wasn't too crowded. Master bath could use some love. Mold a bit on the walls. Door to balcony is SUPER hard to open. Limited kitchen supplies and counter space.

Great condo, wonderful location

We booked the condo two days before arriving and we were very pleased with the entire process. We announced a late check-in and everything went very well. The condo was clean and it looked just like we expected. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots, and pans, etc. one needs. It would have been nice to have at least a few empty cabinets for the food we brought we us, but it was a minor inconvenience to keep it on the counter. We could not get the TV channels on the TV in the living room, but we managed to get them on the one in the master bedroom. Again, minor inconvenience, as we did not come here to watch TV. The light in the master bathroom flickered and turned on and off on itself a few times while we were in there. We did not announce this to the management as we did not want anyone else to get into the condo while we stayed there. The lights from outside the condo (on the street side) were very strong and made sleeping in those two bedrooms difficult. Our daughter had to use an eye mask. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The view is spectacular, the condo was clean, we relaxed, and enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for taking time to submit a review. The TV's go through a Spectrum box and we would have been glad to talk you through it over the phone. The boxes time themselves out so we could have it ready to go for a rental and by the time the renter checks in...they have timed themselves out! I will reach out to the owners and HOA about the lights in the hallway. Maybe black out curtains are an answer. Thank you!

Very Nice!!!

Met all expectations!!! Beautiful view of the beach. Plenty of room in bedrooms. Kitchen was a tad bit small but we didn't mind at all. We would recommend this to everyone we know!!! Hope to be back next year!!
