Come and discover this large, bright and comfortable house with 4 bedrooms, including 2 family rooms and 2 doubles with a view of our vineyards near Saumur. The lodging of Nerleux (Black wolves) was entirely created during 2017 to offer you pleasant spaces and a great comfort of sleeping and living.

You will have a large living space on the ground floor and a sleeping area upstairs. The kitchen is fitted and equipped to easily prepare meals during your stay and facilitate the chore of washing up.

The large furnished terrace with garden furniture and barbecue is ideal for watching the sunsets behind our Clos Paulette vines. The 400 m2 plot is fully enclosed and allows up to 4 cars to be parked safely. Your access to the gîte is completely independent.

On the practical side, 2 toilets are at your disposal: 1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs. There are also 2 bathrooms upstairs: one with shower and the other with shower and small bathtub.
