The villa is situated in Saltsjöbaden, one of Swedens most exclusive suburbs. It is truly a summer paradise, with a lot action going on in sea. Sailing, swimming and watersports is very accessible.
Golf course and Tennis courts are very close to our property.
To reach the famous islands in the archipelago of Stockholm is also very convenient. There is a ferry stop next to the Grand Hotel.
You can reach Saltsjöbaden by train from central Stockholm.
The villa is situated in Solsidan (Sunnyside) with beautiful lake views and about: 100 meters to lovely baths. It has a fantastic lake view from the whole upper floor, overlooking Vårgärdssjön in N and towards Erstaviken, S, the opposite direction you also have and ocean glimpse, so water is seen from both sides. With just a minute's walk from the house you will find lovely bathing sites and a beach. The house is close by and almost directly connected to a nature reserve with a beautiful forest and lovely walking trails with the opportunity to walk on the cliffs along the sea. The house is recently renovated and all surface finishes are new, 2 new bathrooms, kitchen etc.
It has a large spacious kitchen with large work benches, "bar stools" and good storage spaces. new modern appliances with a stove / oven from SMEG are the crown of the kitchen. From the kitchen, however, there are magnificent lake views.
