BB's Biz E HBR can serve your whole family or just the 2 of you cozied up in the smaller rooms. There are grills outside to cook on and comfortable chairs or loungers to gather on, along with the pool, Pizza, Happy Talk Lounge with live music nightly and dinners/drinks.

Hanalei Bay Resort 4104/5/6 is at a convenient location within the Resort, being close to the amenities that make this Resort unique on the north shore-beach path, the tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and the meandering pool with endless views everywhere you turn.

The Happy Talk Lounge with food, drink and music is located above the pool. The condo can be rented as a one bedroom for the 2 of you, a 2 bedroom for a couple with friends or kids, or a three bedroom for the multi generational family or friends. This large, upgraded 2085 sq. ft. ground floor 3 bedroom condo has it all!

VERY Important note on bedroom doors to 4104 & 4106:
These 2 bedrooms, 4104 and 4106, can be used as “lock-outs” and rented separately, thus there are (like a hotel suite)2 doors to each of the lock out doors. When you are occupying all 3 condos, be sure to only use the door with a handle on both sides, otherwise you will lock yourself out of the bedroom. Keep the bedroom door with no handle on the backside latched to the wall so the wind doesn’t blow it shut, locking you out, especially if the metal slider is on the glass doors. PLEASE open metal slider or you can NOT get into the room! There is no key!

Located on a knoll near the beach path there is nothing to obstruct your view; Hanalei Bay and Kauai's mystic mountains will expand your senses . You can count the waterfalls on the mountain after a rain and enjoy the whitewater view of the ever changing bay with surfers and paddle boarders showing their skills. Sitting on any of the 4 lanais taking in the scenery or relaxing in any part of this condo will let you know you are in paradise. There are no steps to climb or railings to block your view plus the condo is by the pool, the beach path and close to tennis & pickle courts so you can pick your fun.
Snap a photo of a double rainbow from the lanai, the scenery is an ever changing pleasure & no condos obstructing your view. You will wake up to a gorgeous view from each bedroom, with beautiful newly tiled floors, large living room with new leather furniture, island style dining room and big flat screen TV. There are king size beds in 4105 & 4106 bedrooms. 4104 bedroom has two double beds and a large dressing area making this suite inviting. Each bedroom has its own AC and private bath with new walk-in showers in the king bedrooms and a tub/shower in the double bed bath. All bathrooms have a new vanity topped by granite and under mount sinks. All bedrooms have sitting areas and HDTVs so you can read your book or relax privately should you choose, away from the main living areas. You will find books, games, CDs and puzzles in the TV cabinet. 4104 and 4106 bedrooms also have coffee pots and small refrigerators as well as private entrances. Each bedroom has newly tiled entry as well as private lanai. As our guest you have the amenities of the resort for your use. The beautiful lagoon pool, hot tub, swim up bar, small pool, fire pit lounge area, fitness center, tennis courts, barbecues, Monday mai tai party, movie night and lovely grounds will make you want to stay forever! HBR charges $30/day for these amenities/$25-a day/parking per car/& $56.75- a one time reservation fee.
