My residential home is located in an ideal location in Tsawwassen. Walking distances to Tsawwassen Mills Mega mall, BC Ferries, Splashdown Waterpark, ocean beaches, golf course, 20 min to airport & 35 min to DT. You’ll love the spacious updated backyard, cleanliness, bright, safe & all extra amenities. It's great for couples, business travellers, families, & furry friends (pets). Beautiful sunsets, full rear patio for 1/4 acre fenced backyard bbq, lounging & sun, and covered outdoor gym area, night time auto-lighting & 2 gas fire-pits.
Note you will be the only guest in the house when booking, as it is a ground level entry into the upstairs 3 bedroom living space. You have the option to also inquire for pricing to book the additional 4th bedroom "suite-like" with and extra approx 700 sq ft of 12x20 multi use bedroom/rec room, arcade & gym equipment foyer, and new 3 piece bathroom, available off main floor entry (but no extra kitchen).

The space
Updates to inside: upgraded comfy beds/linens/pillows and new towels purchased regularly, kitchen Jura automated espresso/coffee machine, new convection/microwave oven, many extra kitchen appliances, wireless unlimited data fibre optic 4k TVs with premium Telus including Netflix, TVs in all bedrooms & 2 sitting rooms, expandable dining table for 8, portable air-conditioning and 4 camera outdoor security cameras available on Living Room TV for social distancing isolation & security, along with home phone for local calls.
Outdoors: installation of 2 gas firepits , 37x16 ft paved patio for outdoor social distancing and auto nighttime lighted enjoyment, 2 auto mosquito eliminators, volleyball/badminton net. Bikes and golf clubs upon request when available. Bright high fenced 1/4 acre use backyard ideal for dogs and family fun.
Please note if looking to book for June 2024, currently there is a long term insurance claim stay that should be out by June 1st, subject to March 28th contractor update.

Front entry-way, to complete upstairs living area, including front yard access to fenced sunny East facing, large backyard. New washer/dryer in Kitchen. Host's downstairs separate entrance 12x18 bedroom & 3piece washroom for optional 4th bedroom rental. No other rental guests stay in this area.
Note for stays less than 30 days, new provincial government taxes are 8%PST & 3%tourist taxes.

The space is ideal for both company workers wishing space on social isolation, as well as families with room to enjoy in the front and large backyard for a safe "staycation".
Sleeps 3 single adults not sharing any beds with a bedroom for each or 6 guests based on 2 per bed-sharing. Cots and cribs are available upon request. The master bedroom ensuite just received a mini shower & bidet toilet.

All 3 bedrooms have large TVs & the living room with a 50", with premium Cable including Netflix, high-speed unlimited fibre optic wireless data, golf clubs & mountain bikes ( parking up to 3, including on boulevard, a fully equipped house with all necessities and accessories in kitchen & bathrooms.
We have a beautiful large 1/4 acre backyard! It is equipped with a Volleyball, soccer/hockey net & badminton net, BBQ and patio setup with 2gas firepits, and 3 covered gazebos, with 2 person infrared sauna.

Key-less Code entrance into the front door, customized for each stay for added security.
We also offer the ability to use our professional housekeeping staff if you want intermittent house cleaning/laundry services at an additional cost.

As this is our residential home, we stop accepting bookings to a maximum of 5 1/2 months in a calendar year as we vacation or stay at another local house during our booking times. If you are booking a longer period stay, we may have to decline or reduce your booking length at that time prior to accepting your booking.

Our high booking season is June to end of August, of which we require a minimum of 5 night bookings that also ensure staff availability to clean and prepare the entire property.

Property and owners
This property met all our needs and more for a family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments and spices. The property owners, Lynn and Peter even provided all our breakfast items for the next morning. There was bacon, eggs, bread, cream, real butter, coffee and milk. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of towels. Lynn and Peter were very helpful in providing a wheelchair, walker and cane for a person who had disabilities issues. I can’t say enough words on how well we were all treated by Lynn and Pete. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

Family Gathering
The property was perfect for all the family members who stayed there. There was great space for them to spend time together and also great space for someone to take a break rom the "crowd" if needed. They all commented on how much they enjoyed their stay. They also really appreciated the little extras like snacks, a few drinks and, particularly, the condiments that were available. They made shopping to prepare a meal much easier. The only issue that was experienced was with the bikes. It was great that they were offered and they did get used. However, there are 2 0r 3 of them that need some maintenance (tires, pedal on one). I can't say specifically which bikes but thought you would want to know. Thank you for being such a great host. Everyone really enjoyed the accommodation they had which made our gathering even better. Molly

Amazing house and host
The property is amazing, very clean and tidy. There are tons of amenities in the house that can satisfy all of my requirements. The yard is excellent. Lynn prepared the foam golf ball for practicing chipping, as a golf lover, I really appreciate it. There are also volleyball net and slide for kids to play. Lynn is an excellent person, very thoughtful and nice. Prepared food and drink upon arrival and was super helper and attentive during the entire stay. Definitely will come back if traveling to Vancouver again.

A quiet and save location to stay in. It has all the amenities of a nice home. Lynn and Peter was very attentive, very communicative generous of their time, and kind. They offered helpful ideas/tips during our stay and generously made a welcome package for us once we arrived. Amazing Stay at Gem in Tsawwassen
Lynn was an amazing host. I have never had a VRBO host be so attentive and accommodating. Whatever we needed, Lynn had it ready upon our arrival. Wonderful welcome basket, bikes, helmets, golf clubs, basketballs, soccer balls, fully stocked home, etc… The home came as advertised and Lynn was always available (via text) if we needed anything or any additional information for our travels into Vancouver. Thank you Lynn for making our visit to BC most enjoyable.
