Our residential home is located in an ideal location in Tsawwassen. 3 bedroom house up to 6 guests, shown priced for a Minimum of 30 day with a 30% off with our posted off our regular rate. So the rate you see is our 30% off min 30 day rental price.

If you are interested in LESS than 30 day bookings, send an "INQUIRY", NOT a "Reservation Request" as we sometimes allow it if its in between our two minimum 30 day booking windows, but will not be offered a less than the 30% monthly discount. However we do have other booking discounts available depending on the qty of days you request. This is our principal residence, so we do have flexibility, as we sometimes relocate to our vacation home.

Additional 2 bedrooms + bathroom main floor available at additional cost for 6- 10 guest total, being the extra 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the mainfloor that we will open up (not a suite), and re-quote with your Inquiry.

Outdoors: installation of 2 gas fire-pits , 37x16 ft paved patio for outdoor social and auto nighttime lighted enjoyment, Electric mosquito eliminators, volleyball/badminton net. Bikes and golf clubs upon request when available. Bright high fenced 1/4 acre use backyard ideal for dogs and family fun. Note Summer bouncy castle shown may not be available due to possibly being sold.

The space is ideal for both company workers wishing space on social isolation, as well as families with room to enjoy in the front and large backyard for a safe "staycation".
Main Upstairs level, sleeps 3 single adults not sharing any beds with a bedroom for each or 6 guests based on 2 per King & Queen & Murphy double bed-sharing. Cots and a pack & play crib is available upon request. The master bedroom ensuite has a mini shower & cold water bidet toilet. Main bathroom features new electric Kohler smart bidet toilet, dual sinks, bathtub/shower.

All 3 bedrooms have large TVs & the living room with a 50", with premium Cable including Netflix, high-speed unlimited fibre optic wireless data, golf clubs & mountain bikes ( when requested in advance) parking up to 3 in driveway, including on boulevard, a fully equipped house with all necessities and accessories in kitchen & bathrooms.
We have a beautiful large 1/4 acre backyard! It is equipped with a Volleyball, soccer/hockey net & badminton net, BBQ and patio setup with 2gas firepits, and 3 covered gazebos, with 2 person infrared sauna.

Key-less Code entrance into the front door, customized for each stay for added security.
We also offer the ability to use our professional housekeeping staff if you desire intermittent house cleaning/laundry services at an additional cost.
