Your friends and family will enjoy this vacation home located just one street over from the lake.
Satellite TV, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen and Washer and Dryer for your convenience. Completely renovated lake house, fully furnished and beautifully decorated. Enjoy private parking, 2 car garage, 3 bedrooms, 2 Full baths and TV in every room. Full Kitchen with large eat-at bar and dinning room. Large porch with rocking chairs for relaxing and enjoying a beautiful sunset. Enjoy fishing, boating, swimming and all the lake has to offer. Golfers can enjoy this retreat as well since the Wyboo Golf Club is just minutes away. Sleeps 6, 3 night minimum, $110 per night plus deposit. Last day dishes put in dish washer and start. All dishes should be washed. Clean grill and empty grease pan in back of grill after each use.
All towels kept washed up and last day towels placed in washer and started. Remove all sheets from beds used and place in laundry room.

Great stay

Our family had the best weekend drinking coffee in the morning on the porch.Guys fishing and family time at night playing trivia on tv. Thank you Wendy for such a beautiful place we will be back soon!

Nice stay, great location

Overall home was nice, nice quiet area close to the lake. Only issue is cleanliness..definitely hasn’t been dusted in awhile. Fridge hasn’t been wiped out also kitchen sink. There was soo many cobwebs and dust. Also had spider issues as well. If the house had been dusted recently it would’ve been great overall.

Long Weekend

Enjoyed our long weekend at this home. It is in a great neighborhood, very quiet and wonderful place to unwind. Lake is just a block away and very convenient.

Cute House

House was exactly as pictured. Love the nice lay out and homey feel. And enjoyed having a garage.House for sure needs attention in the cleaning department. A lot of dust and cobwebs.

Perfect quiet updated location

Very quiet neighborhood beside the lake. Super updated look and everything was super clean. We are a repeat and will be staying again whenever we are near!

Great house

The property was nice. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed. The only thing is when I asked about whether or not a grill was at the property I wasn't told it was gas and there was no gas in the tank.

It was a quiet and lovely home and we enjoyed it. Our only issue was that the air conditioner was not working on our first night and it was very warm. When we called the emergency line, we could only leave a message. While it was fixed the next day, it was not a pleasant first night.

Nice house quiet neighborhood

We had a nice stay. Everything was as depicted. I just wish it had been cleaner. Looked like the housekeeper needed to be reprimanded or replaced. Just not as clean as one would expect. There were molded dishes in the dishwasher. Microwave was nasty. Etc. Having to bag all of our trash and take to the dump was kind of dumb but it is what it is. Great area and neighborhood.

Very nice location

Check in was great! I made a mistake and missed the code so that was on me! Home on the in side was great. Could use a good yard clean up weeds and trim. But so does mine. Over all great stay. Only negative was the master shower ran the whole time. The owner said the co owner was fixing it and it was time for us to check in so they left it. I hate the water bill will be high. My husband once a slept was fine but I had the worst time as it was very loud!!!!!!! We tried to turn it off down or even put towels down but it sounded as if it was raining and the gutters were pouring in the room. But over all it was a very peaceful and safe place to stay! Quite neighbor hood! Thank you for the stay!

Lovely Home

First of all the home itself is beautifully updated and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds and nice furniture. We had an issue with the hot water and there was no way to contact anyone in case of emergency. Usually the owners leave a manual with emergency numbers to call and the WiFi password and local restaurants and shopping etc. We had no cell phone service there and finally got an email WiFi password on the 3 rd day. The owner did fix the hot water issue once we finally got in touch with them. You cannot see the lake from the property at all. So pictures of the nearby lake are deceiving. It is not lakefront property. If you truly want to get away from it all this is the place for you!! I think for the price more than one roll of toilet tissue and maybe some Kleenex and hand soap could be provided. Be prepared to bring your own!! I would definitely stay in the house again if it were in a better area!

Unreachable Host Travel Nightmare

The worst travel experience I’ve ever had. Owner failed to provide check-in instructions and was us responsive to both me and VRBO customer support all day, on our check-in day. Me and my friends spent hours trying to reach her and dealing with VRBO customer support. Nobody ever reached her and VRBO considered us “stranded travelers.” Only after finding another place to stay and VRBO escalating the booking for a refund, at 4 HOURS PAST CHECK-IN TIME did we get a response from the host, and she had the nerve to act like nothing was wrong and we were all set to go. Absolutely insane. I’ve been fighting to get a refund for the last 2 weeks (and host is once again unresponsive). 100% DON’T recommend this stay unless you want to be scammed out of your hard earned money! Also don’t be deceived by the photos—this is a rundown neighborhood of mostly older trailer homes and Sanford & Sons-esque yards, and this property’s backyard backs up to a neighbor’s yard NOT the lake. We didn’t get access inside but judging by the front porch furniture’s dirt & cobwebs and the 2-week old pest control notice on the door, this place doesn’t get the upkeep it requires.
