Only 20 minutes (17 miles) to the west entrance of Glacier National Park!!! Columbia Crest! The Nucleus Ave residence is a spectacular condo located in the heart of downtown Columbia Falls. The location is the perfect jumping-off spot for your trip to visit Glacier Park. The condo is a two-bedroom and two-full-bathroom unit. It is located in a brand-new building on Nucleus Ave and the owner has impeccable taste with her new furnishings. It is stocked with everything you will need for your trip to the Flathead Valley, including a Mr. Coffee maker.

There is a beautiful balcony facing east to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails with some incredible mountain views. A large flatscreen TV in the living room and a TV for each bedroom, each with cable service, are within the unit for those times you need to relax. The condo can sleep 6 comfortably, with one bedroom having a King-sized bed, the second containing a queen-sized bed and the couch in the living room is a sleeper sofa. The kitchen and living room flow seamlessly together, making a great gathering space for you and your guests. The building has easy and secure access as well as an elevator to get to your unit and up to the rooftop deck. The rooftop deck has comfortable couches and bartop seating to take advantage of the amazing mountain views. There are gas grills and a fire pit for guest use. The Flathead River is just a few blocks away as well as the countless lakes in the Flathead area. You will love your stay here in downtown Columbia Falls.

One covered assigned parking spot for this condo. The Nucleus Ave condo is located directly downtown and is located amongst several great restaurants in beautiful downtown Columbia Falls. It is only 10 minutes from Glacier International Airport, 20 miles to the west entrance of Glacier National Park, 25 minutes from Whitefish Ski and Summer Resort.

Columbia Falls, Montana is the perfect place for a vacation in WINTER or SUMMER! Walk out the front door and you are just minutes from enjoying the best Montana recreational activities: alpine skiing, cross country treks, fishing, hiking, rafting, golfing, dining, & live theater in Whitefish or Bigfork …the activities are endless. Downtown Columbia Falls is a quaint Montana town with some great restaurants, amazing access to Glacier National Park, a beautiful 18-hole golf course, access to the Flathead River for your fishing needs and a farmers market (food, arts & crafts, and music) in summertime.

Great location for GNP. Lots of little extras included, including bear spray. Full kitchen well stocked with pots pans dishes utensils. As some other reviewers have said the parking spot is challenging but we just parked on the street. Street noise is there but not horrible. Black out curtains or shade for master bedroom would be a benefit. Lots of bars restaurants within walking distance. After a long day in the park it was really nice just to walk to everything. There’s even a grocery store within walking distance. Common rooftop area is great.Would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome stay! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed and ideal for exploring the west side of Glacier National Park. The place was extremely clean and clearly well cared for, which made us feel right at home. It was a great base for all our adventures in the area. Highly recommend!

Cute Place, Responsive Hosts

This was an ideal location for its proximity to Glacier NP and local amenities. (We could walk to a grocery store, several restaurants, an ice cream shop, etc.) The place was updated and met every need.I did have trouble with the washer functioning properly and the host responded immediately to troubleshoot. The cleaning crew may need to be evaluated as there were some minor opportunities.

Just one thing to change

This was a great place to stay, perfect amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. As advertised it was stocked with everything we needed plus an unexpected bonus of a can of bear spray to take on the trails in Glacier. The only complaint we had was no blackout curtains or blinds, so if you are sensitive to light bring a sleep mask.

Immaculate Condo

This property was very clean, well furnished, and close to the West Glacier entrance. It was also conveniently located near local restaurants as well as the town of Whitefish. It was in a safe location and well secured. We very much enjoyed our stay there! The only negative for us was the mattresses were very firm, and to us very uncomfortable.

Great condo, everything was as advertised. It was plenty of space for 4 of us. The location is very convenient near a few restaurants and a grocery store about one block away. Great small town. The only consideration is it's very close to Gunsight Saloon, which has live music every night and it made sleeping early dofficult.

Glacier goodness

It was a lovely condo. Doesn't hurt that it was right above a deliscious ice cream shop, down the street from good eats and across the street from yummy coffee. The bear spray in unit to use was a major plus for out-of-towners who didn't have to take the extra step to procure that. It was perfect for our needs. The only two drawbacks I'd say were the towels could use a refresh (all of them felt a bit damp) and the parking space was incredibly tiny to get into so we ended up having to find street parking. Thank you for hospitality!

First time I stayed it was so good…that when I visited the park again this was my go to spot. Great place to stay if visiting West Glacier.

Columbia Falls review

The condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. We had to change the sheets on our bed as they were not fresh. Luckily the spare set of sheets was in the closet. The ceiling fans are covered with dust and should be cleaned by facilities. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay at this condo and would come again. Great location to access Glacier National Park and Whitefish

Great Spot for West Glacier

Great location 20 mins from West Glacier. Clean & well stocked. Walking distance to several bars & restaurants in Columbia Falls. Like other reviews state, pretty tight parking spot but a car or small suv fits fine. Anything larger and it could be tricky. Would stay again.

Great Stay

This property was absolutely perfect for our stay. Close to so many sights. Attending a wedding in GNP and we were able to host gatherings in a central location for the wedding party. Walking distance to locations for daily needs. Close to one of the better eateries. Great view from front porch area. Could not have worked out better for us.

Absolutely perfect place for Glacier greatness!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The place was spotless and completely accommodating, and the property manager and hosts were excellent communicators. Access to Glacier was a breeze, and having a wonderful bar and restaurant next door was so convenient. The home is gorgeous, with plush bedding and all the amenities you need. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Glacier grandeur

This condo is in a secure building on a main street, walkable to restaurants and a grocery store. The views from the windows and the porch are nice. The assigned parking is tight but doable with a smaller sized car. The unit is stocked with the essentials. Easy check in and out. I recommend this place for your Glacier stay.
