The property was very clean and seemed newly renovated. Although the property was very centrally located there were a few things I feel that I need to mention - - Boca Raton is a beautiful area although this particular street is full of run-down and even boarded up houses. There were 3-4 men that lingered on the sidewalk directly across from the property from 8am - 8pm every day we were there. They stood outside their trucks and blocked the street. - The train tracks are one block away, throughout the night the train would go by and rattle the entire house, it was loud but also the vibration woke us up every night- the washer dryer were both clean but the drums seem broken as they are extremely loud and need to be repaired.

Location location location!

This property is lovely! It is in a very convenient location. We walked to Mizner Park every morning and evening. I saw another review about crossing a busy street. Not at all an issue if you know how crosswalk buttons work. Super safe for families. It was extremely clean and ready for us when we arrived. Michelle was great! Communication was easy and check in was a breeze (giving us a code and we were ready to go!) I was a little concerned when we pulled up and we were close to a street that was busy during the day. However, the neighborhood is super quiet at night. I am a very light sleeper, and I never was bothered by any traffic noise. Fast Wi-Fi, wonderful fenced in backyard (we had a dog and it is completely enclosed), comfortable beds, good water, pressure and brand new washer and dryer! I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to spread out a bit, but still be close to Mizner Park, the beaches and other attractions!

Family Trip to Boca Raton

The home was remodeled and very clean! The beds were comfortable and had all the towels and linens plus more! The kitchen had everything we needed and the appliance were updated. This was a nice place to stay and a short drive to many places in Boca Raton. The owner responded to emails and phone calls and was willing to work with us. The home was pet friendly which we appreciated for our stay.

Cozy little gem in East Boca

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and well appointed. The location adjacent to a busy road and the train was the only minor detraction. Still highly recommended.

Perfect home for a getaway

This home is a perfect place for a getaway close to everything and a quick drive to the beach. Me and my friends had a great time and so convenient for everything we did. The host was very nice and very easy to communicate with, definitely will be coming back here.

Comfortable and easy access

The property was well located in terms of access to activities/amenities (some train and car traffic close by), the house was perfect size for us, clean and well equipped. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Very Charming Cottage Walking Distance to Mizner Park & Beach

The property is extremely nice, recently renovated and very well-decorated. We had our two boys, ages 18 and 15 and they each had their own room. My wife and I had the master bedroom. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked, very clean and we loved the outdoor area out back. It was very private and we practiced yoga out there in the morning before the sun came up overhead. New washer and dryer too and we liked the high-quality large screen TV. It is on the edge of walking to Mizner Park. We did it repeatedly; however, you have to cross the busy intersection. We also ran to the beach called South Beach. Once we got say two blocks towards the beach, it was much less traffic. The house is also close to Whole Foods and FL Atlantic Univ. It is located in a very convenient spot. The only thing is the neighborhood is 'turning' so this house and a few others are nice. There are some houses that need work. We walked out many times without any issues and the Boca Firehouse is about 3 buildings away. You can hear the train as it is nearly across the street, but this didn't bother us. We met the owner and he is super nice and really caring. He genuinely wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable. The agent who helped us with booking the property and checking in was very responsive and helpful. We had a few suggestions for the property to make it event better than our overall rating of 5-stars and they were very eager to add these items to the house. All-in-all we would stay here again and it is a very lovely house. Thank you for our nice time!

The Pearl

Beautiful remodel. Very quiet and the beds are super comfortable. Centrally located to some great restaurants, I95, close to beach. Big screen TV was a plus as well as TVs in the bedrooms.

Highly Recommend-Great Accommodations!

This is the perfect getaway. The house is very clean and well maintained. Great location and walking distance to Mizner Park (restaurants and entertainment). The owner and property manager are very easy to work with and readily available. Check-in was very smooth and we enjoyed are entire stay. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!!

Great little house

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Neat, clean and exactly as pictured. Beds were super comfortable with lovely bedding. Had everything we needed to prepare meals (which was great since we wanted to eat in due to COVID). The backyard space is just what you need. Landscape lights added a nice touch. Would recommemd!!

Short Vaca’

Thank you Michelle we appreciate it, we enjoyed our stay. The house had easy access which was a huge plus! The house , the Beds, pillows, and the mattresses were all super clean. The house is in a neighborhood that is historic in Boca Raton was built in the early 1930’s. The owner did a awesome job with the remodel. The WiFi was really great the T.V.’s all worked. I got to meet the owner, he’s a pretty nice guy. The only thing that I found negative is that they are a lot of cats around the perimeter of the house. You can hear them crying for food at night. Overall I rate it a 4.0 out of 5

Excellent house in Boca

The house was great, very comfortable and the master bedroom bed was awesome! The location was perfect for us as it was between our daughters college and the beach. The pool was solar heated and worked well when the sun was out. It is definitively more of an adults only home as most furniture is white and very well kept. Communication with the property manager was excellent - home owner is particular about how the home is utilized. Overall great stay.

Excellent stay.

The house is brand new and spotless. The private backyard is beautiful. Our host was extremely nice and accommodating. Easy walk to Mizner Park and a reasonable walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.
