A modern and comfortable casita in an upscale Gilbert neighborhood.
Separate private gated access with its own attached garage and laundry room.

A large living room with comfortable couches, a 50" size TV, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime and High-Speed internet.

A large bedroom with a comfortable pillow-top large size bed with plenty of closet space and quality shades that keep the sun out so you could sleep late... There is another TV here with all the channels as in the living-room.

The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, a built-in microwave, a small cooktop oven, a toaster, an air fryer, a double cooktop range, a coffee machine and an ice maker. There are 2 bar seats next to the counter, There is a folding dining table in the laundry room in case you want to use it.

A separate laundry room with a full-size washer and drier. We supply laundry detergent and softener.

You have full access to our 1 acre backyard that has a newer heated pool, multiple sitting areas, a large propane BBQ and a fire pit. The pool and BBQ area are shared with the main house. Note that if you ask that the pool be heated, there will be an additional cost that varies based on how much propane is used for it.

Pets are welcome, there are no carpets to worry about. We ask that you tell us in advance if you bring a pet. There is a pet cleaning fee of $100 per stay (no matter if you bring more than one pet).

In some rare cases we had to ask for an additional fee for professional cleaning because of excessive shedding of fur on the furniture.

At the back of the property we have an RV Garage / Workshop building which we use for our hobbies. We do our best to be quiet and considerate to our guests.

We recently installed a tall fence for added privacy between the main house and the casita - it can be opened from either sides.
