The whole building was fully refurbished in 2018.The apartments are mixture of modern and authentic architecture style, built according to highest standards of construction and quality materials.

The building overall has 5000 square foots. On the ground floor are two apartments and one on the first floor with a beautiful sea view. The house has two terraces, one on the front of the house seaside, and one on the back of the house mountainside. Both are at disposition to the guests, for chilling out and preparing own BBQ.

Property it’s 3 miles from the Kotor sea gate, Old town on the west side and a foot away of Vrmac hill. Vrmac hill is known as a health resort due to particular crossing of sea and mountain air.

The Old town Kotor is on the list of UNESCO world culture heritage since 1979. The cultural richness of Kotor is invaluable. The Treasury of the city is home to the most important cultural monuments such as the Clock Tower (VIII century), the Cathedral of St. Tripun (XII), the Church of St. Luke (XII), the Knights' Palace (XVII), the Church of Saint Mary (XII), the Church of Our Lady of Health (XV) Napoleon's Theater (XIX).
