More than expected, but we were so happy to be there because we were visiting with friends. With two couples, I think we would rent a larger place next time. It was certainly adequate and we finally got the Wi-Fi to work, which was great.

It‘s a perfect place for summer holidays - wonderful beach, many restaurants. If you are with the car, many places like Nice, Cannes, Saint Tropes are just 2 hours away The apartment has everything you need, check-in and check-out were just fine. Absolutely nothing, what wasn‘t good

an excellent place for a vacation

The reception from the patron was very amicable. The apartment was lovely and clean, very well equipped. Close to all amenities, and easily accessible to other towns, Great views. Just one problem...…..the internet connection was weak, [and in the winter when there is not much to do in the evening this was a bit of a bugbear.] Try La Tonnelle in the village of Bormes for a superb dining experience.

Description of property very misleading

The location, Port de Bormes, is stunning. 10 Minutes from a gorgeous sandy beach, with great beach restaurants; the port itself has some really good restaurants within it and some amazing boats as a background drop. However, the communication from the agent was poor, with us having to chase information about key pick up and check in times. She also initially wanted 1000 Euros as a deposit, and then dropped it to 500 when we challenged her. The apartment was not numbered on the outside and difficult to find and very dated . The instructions had been to pay the deposit by cheque, but obviously they wouldn’t accept an English cheque, and we didn’t have the cash with us. We would have been very dubious handing to a 3rd party anyway, as the agent sent the cleaner to let us in. The apartment is not a 2 bed apartment at all: it is really 1 bed, separated by boarding with a narrow bunk bed added.No window. Fairly claustrophobic. The toilet seat was broken, and the shower curtain was filthy and unhygienic. You have to stand in the bath tub to shower, which is not a problem, but the bath is so thin, it flexes even under slight weight of a child. We paid 75 Euros to have this tiny apartment cleaned after we left, and hadn’t even landed back in the UK when we received abusive texts from the agent about leaving a mess and not cleaning up. We did not leave a mess, but did expect the fridge and rubbish to be emptied as part of this fee.

Bonjour Paul Je vous remercie pour votre appréciation mais vous auriez dû noté plutôt la situation de l'appartement, le cadre les commodités plutôt que les petits soucis avec la conciergerie qui auraient pu être résolus très facilement la note globale de 2 étoiles n'est pas le reflet de la qualité de l'appartement qui est en général noté à 5 étoiles par les vacanciers

Okay place but not clean, no wifi, bad communication with concierge

Postitive * Owner allowed us an early check-in, which we appreciated! * Close to the beach * Restaurants nearby * Kitchen utensils plenty Negative * Concierge arrived 1h30m too late for check-in. The owner allowed us a check-in at 13:30, we had to contact the concierge a half hour before arrival, so we contacted her a 1pm. She didn't show up till 3 pm and was difficult to reach. We called her a few times and all she said was she was on her way. Apparantly there was some mix-up with another family that didn't show up in time I guess... * Upon arriving in the apartment, we didn't get any information, nog about the apartment, nog about the town nor region. * We paid the concierge a fee for wifi, a caution and an extra cleaning caution and then she left. * The appartement was not very clean, I vacuumed the place cause there was visibly dirt on the floor. The caution for cleaning means that the person who rents the apartment has to clean the place before leaving, then you the caution back. This system obviously doen't work well, especially with corona! Nothing is sanitized. I would suggest having a professional clean the place and I wouldn't mind paying a fee for it. * There was a problem with the livebox and we didn't have wifi, although we paid extra for it. The concierge couldn't help is. The owner tried to help and gave us a wifi code of the port after three days. We did't have connection in the apartment though, only outside around the port... *Upon leaving the concierge, who arrived on time this time, checked the apartment, said everything was fine, gave us back our caution and told us goodbye. We asked for the extra cleaning caution and wifi reimbursement and she said "I don't have the cleaning caution and wifi isn't up to me". She told us to write down our bank account number and we would get the cleaning caution and wifi fee back later. It all sounded shady, we paid everything to her in cash upon arrival, I don't know what she did with our money... We told her we wanted the caution fee back in cash before we left... she then told us out and to wait by our car outside, after 20 minutes she came back and reimbursed our caution in cash. We never received our wifi fee back... The experience left us feeling disappointed. The owner was friendly on the phone, but since he's not there, you have to arrange everything with the concierge, who is not available and not trustworthy. Cleaning and sanitizing should be done by a pro, not coronaproof now!

Votre appréciation 6 sur 10 ne reflète pas la situation de cet appartement, ni son équipement, situé sur le port de plaisance avec vue sur les bateaux luxueux, une piscine avec vue mer, la plage à proximité immédiate ainsi que les commerces et restaurants Le ménage n’a malheureusement pas été réalisé correctement par les vacanciers précédents alors qu’ils pouvaient avoir le ménage en option. Quant au four multifonctions, dont micro-ondes, je n’avais pas eu de retours sur des difficultés d’utilisation, mais avec votre remarque je vais installer un micro-ondes basique afin d’en faciliter l’utilisation pour tous les vacanciers

Surpris de votre appréciation. Cet appartement est très bien noté en général et très recherché. Nous nous rendons compte du manquement de professionnalisme de la conciergerie. Nous aurions voulu être avisés de ces quelques petites réparations et du problème de ménage qui a été effectué par le service conciergerie. Nous aurions pu répondre à vos besoins pendant votre séjour, c’est bien dommage. Nous allons régler ce problème dans les plus brefs délais. Pour information, Nous avons eu de mauvais retour en général concernant le ménage de notre conciergerie et nous en sommes déçus et désolés pour vous. Je tiens à vous informer que nous sommes en recherche active pour une autre agence de CONCIERGERIE afin de répondre au mieux aux exigences et bien-être de nos locataires. Les propriétaires

Apparemment fonctionnel et bien équipé avec grande terrasse et vue sur le port. Belle piscine mais eau très fraîche nous n’avons pas pu trop en profiter. Par contre plaque de cuisson trop petite pour mettre 2 poêles qui seraient à changer (abîmées) rafraissement à faire dans les toilettes et salle de bain. Odeur du restaurant dans le hall et vieille moquette sur les marches d’escaliers. Musique du restaurant un peu forte. Sinon le coin est très agréable tout à proximité et belles promenades à faire. Content de notre séjour hors saison.

Emplacement excellent et proprietaire a l'écoute.

Très bonne situation avec une vue sur le quai d'honneur. Le logement est au dessus d'un restaurant, mais cela m'est pas une problèmatique. La piscine est accessible 6 jours sur 7. Commerces, restaurants et marchés très proche. Le proprietaire bertrand est très reactive et à l'écoute si vous avez une problematique sur le logement. Le seul point de vigilance, c'est la conciergerie.

Schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Positives: Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und ist perfekt ausgestattet. Uns hat wirklich nichts gegeehlt. Die Lage ist sehr gut, unweit vom Strand und allen Geschäften. Die Restaurants unten haben uns nicht gestört, man hat Geruch und Geräusche wahrgenommen, aber wir haben uns nicht beeinträchtigt gefühlt. Negatives: Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung könnte besser sein. Der Balkon wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt, die Nachtschränkchen waren verstaubt, Fußboden nicht besonders sauber. Insgesamt wird die ehemals bestimmt sehr schicke Anlage wenig gepflegt. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gefallen und wir können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.
