We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this rental! From start to finish, the host was incredible—clear, thoughtful, and thorough in outlining everything we needed to know, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.The house itself is truly something special. Every detail feels carefully considered, and the amenities and overall quality are beyond top tier. You can tell a lot of care and pride goes into maintaining this property.I would recommend this place a million times over to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Everything about this property was well thought out and beautiful. The outside deck areas were amazing! My family really enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and other beach toys. Inside, the owners thought of everything that was needed for our stay to be comfortable. We look forward to staying there again.

Amazing home!

We had a great Thanksgiving celebration. The house had everything we could need and some! Would love to stay again in the summer months to take advantage of all the water toys!

A great beach stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week. The house was very well equipped—starting at the kitchen and throughout. Excellent communication—quick responses to any questions we had. Perfect beach for family time.

Best place in alligator point

This is absolutely the best place to stay. Lots of wildlife, house is probably the best on the island and owners were great. Couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us

Most Relaxing of Vacations

Family retreat

We we’re so pleased with the property and all the features. Loved the fact so close to the water. Pizza oven was a blast everyone having fun making them. Would like to stay again in the future perfect bonding time with our family.

Amazing family getaway

Property was perfect for our family vacation. Home had everything you could need and then some. There is nothing bad I can say about this property. Beach is amazing.I have never seen dolphins swimming up an down the shore line like they did there.

Great, quiet place to vacation!

This house was amazing! It has pretty much everything you need for a great relaxing vacation. The kids loved the game room. The adults enjoyed all the places to relax and cook. And everyone loved the beach. 10/10 highly recommend. The owner was very easy to work with and communicates very quickly.

Bonafide winner!

Our stay in Alligator Point exceeded all expectations! This home is so well designed with an open floor plan on the main level that flows onto a huge deck that overlooks the gulf of mexico. Truly a five star experience! Can't recommend highly enough.

I don’t often write reviews but this place is great. We couldn’t have had a better family vacation. The area is quiet and the beach is very nice (very few people passing by). The fishing was lots of fun for all. We hope to stay here again. Jeff S

Perfect place for reconnecting with family and friends.

New, well-built, wonderfully peaceful location, loaded with amenities, and lots of thoughtful extras. This house went beyond expectation. I'd wake up in the morning and sip coffee from the balcony while watching my kids scream with glee in their pajamas on the beach as they watched dolphins pass by. The owners were accommodating and very responsive. We're already planning our next stay.

It was the most efficient and well stocked house! You don’t need anything but a few groceries and your clothes!! The set up is very accommodating!! Jeanne thought it out very well!! I don’t think I have ever stayed anywhere that was nicer!! Will go back!!

Wonderful

This property was wonderful. We have stayed at many places and none of them were like this. They had everything you could need and then some. They take really great care of their property and the privacy is none other. Neighbors are friendly. They are quick to respond and keep in contact to make sure you are taken care of. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again.

Personally didn’t go on the trip, but VRBO keeps requesting this my ex-husband and his new girlfriend and all went on this trip with my old friends since I booked the trip. From his sister’s Facebook profile and they had a wonderful time. No hard feelings my book it again and actually show up next time.

Sand Point South is an excellent choice for anyone trying to get away from the crowds and connect with nature and the ocean. It is such a secluded getaway down at the tip of the island and the lack of people leads to an incredible amount of wildlife - dolphins, sea turtles, osprey, pelicans, tropical fish, hermit crabs, and so many species of fish! The fishing from the beach is top-notch and we appreciated the fishing gear provided at the house. Even though this is a secluded home, it is EXTREMELY well-stocked with meal-prepping tools, baking staples, good water pressure, so many beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, and all the other comforts of home. The calm ocean is wonderful for swimming and the beach is great for shell collecting. Our family had the best vacation we've ever had!
