Rental only from SUNDAY TO SUNDAY, for families with children only. Maximum 16 adults, maximum 9 kids, and 22 people in total.
As the house is on a septic tank, the maximum number of people must be respected even during the day, so it is not possible to add sleeping accommodation in tents or camper vans.
Parking for 8 cars maximum, camping cars forbidden.

Sheets and towels are provided and beds are made up on arrival.

Our Mas awaits you for a quiet family vacation in the heart of nature, just a stone's throw from the Alpilles and close to the Lubéron, Avignon and the Camargue. Families only (no loud music or noise outside at night). As stated in the advert, the access road is stony.

The 250 m² Mas is equipped with all the comforts needed to accommodate large families, is fully air-conditioned with underfloor cooling, and has a south-west-facing 85 m² terrace, including a 60 m² covered area with a sitting area, a large table and a plancha for convivial meals with family or friends.

The infinity pool is heated if required, is L-shaped (10 m x 8.5 m) and gently sloping, with a paddling pool on the first step. Deckchairs await you to enjoy the pool's sunny beaches. The pool is secured by a perimeter alarm (child alarm bracelets can be hired if required).

Enjoy the 2000 m² grounds, complete with a pétanque court, swing and ping-pong table.

The farmhouse has a total of 9 bedrooms, with a separate area for children: bedroom and bathroom with bath and WC (6 bunk beds).

Some rooms can be arranged as single or double beds to suit your needs, with the option of adding a crib or extra bed.

On the ground floor, the house is underfloor cooled; we have also added traditional air-conditioning. A flat rate of 40 KW is included, which is sufficient if the air-conditioning is managed in an eco-responsible way. Beyond that, electricity consumption will be charged extra.

A car is required, and shops are not within walking distance.
The farmhouse is close to Saint Rémy de Provence and Les Baux de Provence, one of the most beautiful villages in France, with its typical little streets, medieval castle and Carrières de Lumières. The farmhouse is also close to the Lubéron, with its superb villages and majestic Avignon, the City of the Popes. Close to the Cavaillon Via Ferrata, the only town in Europe to offer a Via Ferrata directly accessible on foot, with 2 routes, 1 of which is accessible to children. Less than an hour from numerous beaches and the magnificent Calanques de Cassis. Just 45 minutes from Marseille, close to good restaurants and numerous activities to enjoy with family and friends.

La Pelouse is automatically watered with non-potable water. It is mowed by a robot mower between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. in 90-minute intervals.

In order not to disturb the neighborhood, swimming is not allowed in the evening from 9:30 pm, nor is access to the petanque court.

Arrival from 5 p.m., departure by 9.30 a.m.
No noise outside between 10pm and 9am.
The calm of the premises must be respected, even during the day.
