We remind you that the apartment is non-smoking and does not accept animals.

Holiday rentals in a respectful & responsible spirit:
The apartment is at your disposal the cleaning done, please keep it clean.
Mandatory cleaning will be carried out either by you for the day of your departure,
either by a cleaning service that you must reserve upon your arrival (150 euros)
and who will perfom it on Friday, the day before your departure.
Cleaning deposit of €200 in cash to be given on arrival, billing if cleanliness is not respected at check out.

Bed linen and towels not provided, in supplement.
Any stained linen will be charged at the purchase/replacement price.

No cigarette butts or food thrown into the residence.

You have bins to sort waste, please use them and empty them when you leave in the containers near the gate.
The black container is for garbage bags, yellow is for cardboard and plastic packaging, aluminum, blue for paper, magazines, glass and bottles in green container.
If you put waste in the wrong bins the amount of the fine will be taken from the deposit!

You can book a meal tray for 4 people and drinks for the day of your arrival on order, you can also use the boat rental services with and without a license or a trip with a skipper to visit the Scandola maritime nature reserve: https ://www.scandolamarine.fr/

Please let us know your approximate arrival date the day before and contact our staff if necessary during your stay.

Please close the gate each time you use it to prevent cows from entering.
