A large outdoor shower with changing area welcomes you back from the beach after a day in the sun and surf. Toss your beach towels in the wash (the laundry room/beach gear storage is accessible by an outside entrance under the home), throw some burgers on the charcoal grill, and shoot some baskets in the basketball goal. Inside, choose from 4 comfortable bedrooms – 2 king, 1 queen and a bunk room. The first level is home to a king bedroom (with a private entrance into the first level hall bathroom) and a bunk room with pyramid bunk and single bed with trundle, which is well-suited for the kids. The second level offers a queen bedroom and a second king bedroom (with a private entrance into the second level hall bathroom) and access to a private deck from which you can see the ocean. The great room, located on the first level, boasts cathedral ceilings for a spacious feel. The décor is bright, colorful and beachy with sofa seating surrounding a large flat screen cable TV with upgraded sound. The nearby kitchen provides plenty of space to prepare the daily meals and the French-door refrigerator accommodates your family’s needs. The dining table seats 8 or step out to the screened porch for dining al fresco. The deck is also where you’ll find the bubbly hot tub and seating for conversation beneath the stars. Step up to the loft game room for a game of air hockey or to kick back in front of the large flat screen cable TV. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
