Things were great until Brad and his wife asked for a 4pm checkout and because i could not accommodate them till 4pm but offered them a late checkout of 1pm, they were pissed and decided to go home a day early. They asked for a refund for the 1 day but i could not confirm a reason for a refund for the early checkout. So then they said the house had a bad smell and that they could not stay but the truth was that it was the day before Easter and they wanted to go to church( Brad and his wife live 35 mile from this prooerty)and return for the 4pm checkout. There was no problem the first 2 days but all of a sudden they could not stay as long as they wanted so they said the house smelled bad! I sent the cleaning lady to the property as soon as they left and the house smelled wonderful. Could still smell the floor cleaner that was used on the floor. Also....Brad stole the Binoculars from the property and when i asked them for the Binoculars back, Brad said that his wife mistakenly took them but i have Brad on the Ring Camera taking them from the house and putting them in his boat. (Picture is attached) So....i think if Brad can lie about taking the Binoculars I AM SURE HE LIED ABOUT THE SMELL IN THE HOUSE...JUST TRYING TO GET A REFUND BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT GET A LATE! LATE! CHECKOUT. My property is very clean and has never had a bad smell. It is really sad that Vrbo property owners open there homes up to people like Brad his wife and friends to get treated this way. Just liars!
