THE VIEW
The balcony off the living area is a must-experience with a southern facing exposure and dazzling views of the ocean and pier. You'll love eating your meals or sipping drinks on the balcony while being warmed by the sun and watching the waves roll. In the bedroom, you can also enjoy views of the pier and ocean as you lay back in the evening.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Enjoy an updated kitchen with quartz counters and additional built-in cabinetry. The cabinets have been fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area seats four around a beautiful wood table.

LIVING AREAS
The living room furniture has been updated, including the cozy sectional sofa with chaise lounge and leather recliner. Cuddle up in either spot and enjoy the sound of the ocean waves or enjoy the flat-screen and cable TV with 250+ channels free of charge. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.
The bathroom is located just across the hall from the bedroom and includes a separate double sink vanity section with new quartz countertops and a lovely tub shower condo.

SLEEPING
D104 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The bedroom features a comfortable, Opulence Plush, King bed. The bedroom also hosts a large dresser, closet, and a flatscreen TV with cable. For additional sleeping arrangements, there is also a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
