Stunning inside and out! From the moment you enter this uniquely decorated safari-themed condo, you'll feel the exciting difference. Step out on the spacious lanai to feast your eyes on the expansive ocean panorama from Diamond Head to a peek of the Pink Lady. Prepare to explore and enjoy the adventures of wonderful Waikiki. Then return to a restful bedroom with queen and twin beds, and ample closet space. The bedroom can be conveniently opened to the living room for a more spacious living arrangement, and then closed off at night for privacy. The living room has a very comfortable futon, converts to a full size bed, sleeps 2. The large newly renovated bathroom has a shower, mirrored medicine cabinet and large closet. The condo also features an open kitchen with gas stove and oven, full sized refrigerator, and dishwasher. This corner unit has 2 ACs , cable TV, internet with Wi-Fi. Enjoy the spectacular roof-top deck, with barbeques, tables and wet bar. Don't forget the pool, hot tub and exercise room. And the large and breezy laundry room with plenty of coin operated machines will come in handy. Free parking in a convenient reserved spot, third floor, right across from the elevators. Lucky you! A Great Stay All Around

We had a blast. This was our second trip to Waikiki and our first stay with Lucky Cat. We had a blast. Great location near the Ala Wai for running, walking, biking or just sitting out to watch the rowing teams. The property is a bit more spacious than it seems in the pictures and the private lanai is great for sitting out on all day. Communication was easy and we received as much support as we asked for but were otherwise left to enjoy our stay. Check-out was simple and easy. I definitely recommend staying with Lucky Cat.

Penthouse In Paradise

We stayed for a month and enjoyed the roomy accommodation and wonderful views. The unit is clean, too (loved that we didn’t encounter any bugs in the unit). Parking was included, which was great, as we sometimes rented a car and didn’t have to worry about finding a space. It is conveniently located between the Ala Wai and Waikiki Beach and near to tons of shopping and major attractions. The owner was helpful every step of the way and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would recommend this location and come back again!

Wonderful location, great apartment for 2-3 adults

Perfect is the only word to sum it up! The apartment is right in the middle of Waikiki. Wonderful beach views from the lanai. Few minutes walk to the beach and bus stops. Close to places like international market. Safeway was approx 15 minutes walk. Lots of ABC stores nearby. Wonderful sunrise and sunset views from the apartment and the roof. The apartment has A/C. But we never had to use it since we had all the windows open which naturally cooled the apartment. The building has hot tub, pool, sauna and a small fitness room. Check-in was straightforward. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns. The only minor cons was that the apartment was slightly old. As a result, there were some issues like bathroom door lock not working. But they were negligible compared to everything else. I didn't want to leave the apartment!! I will surely come back soon, hopefully for a longer stay!

Great condo with beautiful view

This condo was wonderful for our vacation. It has a full kitchen, very comfortable beds and furniture. The rooftop deck is terrific for bbq'ing and enjoying the evening warm and view. The folks who live there are all friendly and helpful. Great location, a couple of blocks off the beach and busy areas. Would definitely love to stay again. The host was very helpful and always responded promptly to enquiries. Mahalo for a great experience

Unique decore. Bedroom comfortable but could use blackout curtains. Needs new air conditioners.

Unique penthouse with Safari theme

Pros: top location, close to Kuhio Beach, close to public transportation, included parking space in building, great view of ocean and diamond head from lanai. Small appliances all available. There is a small pool to enjoy. Has two windows AC. Host is very helpful. So are the building manager and crew. Cons: could be hot in the afternoon because it is top floor. The facility is a little old. Coin laundry is very busy. People who smoke pot on the roof will get smoke in. Some neighbors have large dogs that stink the carpet in common area. Overall we had a great time!

Epic stay!

We stayed here for 30 nights and we loved it. The complex and location were great. Everyone in the building was friendly, parking was easy, smooth walking to the beach, and epic views from the apartment. We also loved the pool, sauna and hot tub! Communication with Lucky Cat was also easy and enjoyable :). She even left kids books and brand new kids plates, dishes and silverware. The kitchen was a good size as is the bathroom. It’s a really good deal too! We’d love to return!

Perfection in Paradise

I had an excellent extended stay at a wonderfully appointed unit in a perfect location. Property manager and local building manager were excellent; residents friendly and its ideally situated for restaurants, shops and, of course, the Waikiki beach. Apologies to some but I've already booked to return next year.

We promise to meet you at the building entrance when you arrive, and orient you to the unit and the necessary information about it. We can save the details for the next day, if you are tired and prefer that. We have been lucky to have travelled a lot, we know what savvy travelers want: a clean place to stay that offers comfort, convenience and value. We can offer that. Of all the places we've visited, when we arrived in Hawaii we felt we were truly in paradise. We want you to have that same feeling from the very first moment of your vacation. Because we are a family owned and managed business and we do it all ourselves, we can offer you clean comfortable accommodations at a reasonable cost, and provide personalized caring service. In fact, we chose to live in Waikiki, close to our units, to better provide this. We take pride in the cleanliness and unique décor of each of our units- they are not typical cookie-cutter hotel rooms. We have 10 condos available from studio to 2 bedroom, all in Waikiki. They were chosen with care using this question: Would we like to vacation there ourselves? We want to share with you our love of Hawaii and will do all we can to help make your vacation dream a reality. We look forward to meeting you!

This unit has stunning views of the ocean and Waikiki. Because of it's location, the view is expansive as well, you do not feel hemmed in. The pool, hot tub and recreation deck were recently remodeled. The sunny rooftop deck is a wonderful place for entertaining, with it's 3 barbeques and plenty of tables, and lounge chairs. And it has a shaded covered wet bar. The view, although just one floor above your unit, is amazing, since you get mountain and Diamond Head views in addition to the ocean view. And it's protected from excessive winds by glass walls. The building has excellent security, needing a fob to access the front gate as well as the elevator and your specific floor. And the parking is reserved, so you have a well located easy to access parking spot.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This unit has an L shaped entrance hallway, which shields the living room from noise in the exterior hallway, and also offers more privacy. The nook of an entrance hall features a chair and small table, making this useful as a quiet reading space. We like how the unit feels very open, and how the bedroom can be contiguous with the living room, or closed off for more privacy. The living room sofa has a very comfortable innerspring futon mattress, which can sleep 2. And the bathroom can be accessed without going through the bedroom, which makes it a nice layout for 2 couples. This is a great unit, has space, privacy, a wonderfully quiet yet convenient location, and views...
