Private outside entrance to basement with locking deadbolt . There are steps to the basement with two handrails on the sides. Stairs May be difficult for elderly and small children . There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, bedroom number one is accessed thru the bathroom and has an egress window, closet, chest, suitcase holder and extra linens, bedroom number two has a small closet and chest with mirror and egress window and extra linens, 1 futon queen size sofa couch is in the living room, including bedding, with a tv with dvd and video player and basic direct tv channels. The bathroom has plenty of towels and other accessories. There is a small table, tv trays, refrigerator, apartment size stove. microwave, coffee pot, toaster, cooking and eating utensils, washer and dryer. No pets are allowed, no smoking or drugs . Not the Ritz but clean and comfortable . Children must be supervised at all times.
