Nine Vail Road Condos are surrounded by the Four Seasons Hotel, located just across from the Sonnenalp and Sebastian Hotels in Vail Village. Just across the street from the pedestrian area, short walk to Gondola One. There is an onsite pool; hot tub; free WIFI; free garage parking. For stays of 3,4,5 nights a checkout cleaning fee will be added to the cost of any reservation. If you stay 6 nights or more, the checkout clean is waived.

This two bedroom two bath suite features 1067 square feet of living space on two levels; one king bed; two twin beds; full kitchen; deck and common area washer and dryer. Ski all day and return to the condo and relive the EPIC day in Vail. This residence does not have air conditioning.

Property Manager will send a separate invoice for Room and Tax to be filled out and sent to them.

VRBO NEW RESERVATIONS will be confirmed with 50% payment due within 24 hours of booking (no extensions).
Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date, with the exception of “Holiday Reservations”. Full payment for Holiday Reservations is due by November 1st. Holiday Reservations are defined as any reservation that includes any of the days from December 19th to January 2nd, inclusive.

Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in; all payments are 100% refundable.
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to check-in are non-refundable.

PAYMENT DUE DATE failure to make payment by payment due date will result in cancellation of reservation and full forfeiture of all payments.

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
