The fourth bedroom (downstairs) offers a queen size bed, viewing deck, full bathroom and a 40" flat screen TV.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and only suitable for quieter groups. My rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and parties. Evictions are strongly enforced. Please make sure that you are comfortable with these policies prior to booking this property.
