Whether you're starting your day with a tranquil cup of coffee or unwinding in the soothing hot tub, this outdoor sanctuary is the perfect place to relax and recharge. The backyard, with its gentle slope to the water, offers easy access for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, or fishing. Complete with an outdoor table, plenty of chairs for gatherings, a gas grill, and a fire pit, the porch is the ideal spot to create unforgettable memories beside the Flint.

LIVING SPACE:
Step inside this charming cabin and be greeted by meticulously curated decor and stunning views of the river from every angle. The open floorplan seamlessly connects the decadently cozy living area with a flat-screen smart TV to the fully stocked kitchen and dining area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere at the heart of the home.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
- Bedroom 1: King bed with a view of the water.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with a view of the water.

Bedrooms 1 and 2, located off the main hallway, share access to a full bathroom. Bedroom 3, conveniently situated off the main living area, features its own full bathroom with a cozy claw foot tub dating back to the 1920s – perfect for soaking and showers alike.

KITCHEN & DINING:
Immerse yourself in culinary delights with a suite of stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. Start your mornings with the Keurig coffee station before heading out to the porch to enjoy the mist rising off the river and indulge in bird watching amidst the tree-filled vista. A separate laundry room with an ironing board ensures convenience throughout your stay.

Property has a well appointed kitchen and laundry and sufficient linens. The owners or managers seem to be very thoughtful of their guest. The view of the river and the hot tub were our favorite part of the stay. We hope to stay here again.

Very quiet, private, & clean. Gives you the feeling of being secluded in the woods, beside the water's edge. Lots of nature....very relaxing.

Need more Tvs and the tube and shower in the main room causes a mess with water everywhere and door won't stay shut on the room either. But other than that we had an awesome time in the house will use you again.

This is the second year my friends and I have ventured to Huntsville for a summer concert. I can honestly say that I’d love to stay at this location every year after! The property is beautiful. There wasn’t a morning where I wasn’t sitting on the porch with a coffee in hand, enjoying the view. The house was very clean. The hosts were in direct contact at all times if we needed anything. We can’t wait to come back!
