This stunning waterfront condo is the perfect spot to kick back and enjoy the beautiful Gulf Coast. Conveniently located on the ground floor for easy access, it is beautifully decorated throughout with weathered-look flooring, wicker furniture, and a gourmet kitchen. Guests can enjoy the beach boardwalk and pools (heated and non-heated). This great condo enjoys all the amenities of the beach boardwalk and pools but does not face the beach and does not have a balcony.

You're only a short drive from all the history at Fort Gaines, and an easy boat ride from Fort Morgan. Enjoy one of the two shared pools (one of which is heated), work on your tan, or grab a surfboard and head to the beach to catch some waves! After a long day, you'll have everything you need to relax and recoup for the next day's adventure.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
