A very nice stay

My wife and I spent 6 nights staying at the Lakeview Terrace Studio. The apartment was clean, well stocked and comfortable, with a nice shady spot to park under. It had everything we needed with enough of the essentials that we didn't need to buy paper towels, TP or even coffee filters. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean w/fenced back yard & has a washer & dryer!

The place is very clean and it had a fenced back yard which was nice for my dogs! I really liked the fact that I didn’t have to go to the laundry mat! Great location next to a park!

Next time stay longer

The view was wonderful from the studio down to the lake and out to the mountains. The accommodations were comfortable and the yard for our dogs made it easy for us to sit and take in the view. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will be back.

Exactly what we hoped for.

This place was just what we hoped it would be. The space, the cleanliness, and the views were awesome. We were able to walk to the lake in the afternoons and go for short drives to do a little hiking. Will definitely mark this as a favorite.

Great getaway

We wanted to get out of LA for the 4th of July with our pups and we all had a wonderful stay. The location was great - a 2 minute walk to a park, walkable to the lake, and just a short drive over to Kernville. Johnny’s home was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed! The bed was comfy and the A/C worked great. We’d definitely stay again when back in the area. Thanks again for everything Johnny!

Great View of the lake and mountains.

The price is right and the view is amazing. Clean is my most important thing and this cute large studio with a full kitchen did not disappoint. The bed and couch are comfortable and the TV is the perfect size for the space. Our host Johnny was attentive and friendly.

Wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful time staying at this vacation home. Johnny was very detailed and highly attentive to his guests' needs ahead of time. It was a great staycation for us traveling from Seal Beach, CA. Everything was what we needed for a relaxing, quiet, and restful weekend. We got to see the beautiful lake, Isabella too. Great place in Lake Isabella

We stayed in the studio apartment. It was extremely clean, quiet and great views. The bed was very comfy and all you needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. We went rafting for half day which was fantastic. Being in our late 50 & 60’s it was our first time. Definitely recommend doing this. We only stayed for 2 nights but wished we could have stayed longer.

Just what we needed

This place was exactly what we were looking for as a weekend getaway - spacious, clean, well-stocked, and with a gated yard for our dog.Easy walk to 2 markets, 2 bars, and the Elks Lodge (which is pretty much the extent of Wofford Hts). 5min drive to Kernville for a little more commercial activity. Easy access to Lake Isabella and Kern River.Just what the doctor ordered.Thanks to Johnny for setting up a great landing spot.

Clean and comfortable

The property is two studios built from one house. Very clean communication was great with Johnny. However, the shared wall tenants had brought in guests at 7 am that woke us and night before after midnight they were running laundry. Since it is a shared space perhaps some guidelines for time frames so people can actually get their sleep. Overall, thank you for the early check in and when we left it would have been nice for you to respond to the text. We felt you should know.

Nice studio with a great view

The studio is recently renovated, though there are a few signs of age here and there. It’s next to a park which was great to entertain our toddler and it’s a short distance to lots of great hiking trails. The bed was amazingly comfortable which was great for sleeping after some reasonably long hikes!

Great place to stay

Comfortable bed and very clean. The shower is very, very small so if that bothers you or you are large maybe look elsewhere. Otherwise very enjoyable place to hang your hat after enjoying the outdoors.
