I stayed in this property two times, both in February for a skiing trip. I really liked the value of the property. It is not the closest to the ski area and does not have a hot tub or anything like that, but the price was really good both times. The property is spacious and clean, and I like the large garage that fit my van with the carrier box on top, which was very helpful. Another thing, the driveway is steep, and my Chrysler Pacifica had hard time climbing it even with the chains when the snow was fresh, but no problems when it is plowed or compacted. Just something to keep in mind. The owners remind about chains too, but even chains may not be enough if it is snowing heavily.Also, I had some communication with the owner/manager during my stay, and they were very helpful. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this place for its value.

Wonderful

Our family came here on a mountain bike vacation, And this home was just perfect. We were able to ride from the front door for 3 days. Perfect family home. Great for kiddos.

Beautiful view, lovely home!

Property has a stunning view, everything you need to stay. Host very hospitable and responsive. Only downside was the '1 minute walking distance to the resort' listed was not accurate. It is more of a 10–15-minute walk to the village. Otherwise, would recommend.

It says it’s 1 mile in the description not one minute. Yes it takes about 10-15 mins to walk over to the village.

Nice place

We had a group of skiers stay here. Everything worked out great. The place was clean and as expected. The host was nice and communicative. One thing to not is that the shuttle only runs on the weekends, so transportation is needed. The driveway is really steep, and my front-wheel minivan with good tires could not go up without chains. I just kept the chains on for the whole stay since I was only dropping off and picking up from the village.

Great place for a group of 5

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is truly equipped for cooking, which we took full advantage of. Be advised you need to buy groceries before driving up from Sandpoint, there is not much available in the village.My one bit of feedback is about the listing being ‘1minute’ from ski area. It is not. BUT there is a free door to door shuttle that will pick you up and drive you right to the base area. It’s a much better option than driving down and parking. So getting to/from the skiing is pretty painless, but it’s not a 1 minute walk.

Christmas present

1at item in popular amenities was a hot tub. Arrived at the property there is no hot tub messaged the owner the answer I got was sorry accidentally hit the button. Owner offered to buy us lunch. After several back and forth messages and a phone call the owner reluctantly agreed to take $100 off a night.

Good option for two families

The living room and kitchen are really nice — honestly better than the photos. Very comfortable space for two families and well appointed with basic kitchen needs. The location is very close to the mountain and village, though it requires a drive and it is located up a very steep hill so good snow tires and 4x4 are musts! There were a few issues - the temps were freezing on bottom floor and roasting on top floor. Also, sound carried at night. The noise from voices, running water, and heaters plus the rock hard mattresses in the guest rooms on top floor kept many of us awake at nights. Overall, a good place but maybe worth a second thought if you are a sensitive sleeper.

Great Stay!

The unit was nice and very spacious for our big group of 9! It had lots of nice little touches like shampoo and conditioner, laundry soap, dish soap, garbage bags, tons of towels, tons of pillows, movies, games, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only problem we had was with the deadbolt on the front door. It was loose when we got there to check in so we had a really hard time getting the front door open which was a little frustrating after driving for hours with three 6 year olds and two infants. We didn't realize that the unit does not have AC which probably isn't normally a big deal but the weekend we went was super smokey from the fires. We had to leave the windows open all night so it didn't get too hot but then we had to breathe in wild fire smoke for 48 hours. That's not a ding on the property at all, just something to be aware of if you're going to be staying there while the fires are burning. Overall we had a really nice stay!

Mountain Getaway

Check in and check out process is easy. House has plenty of room for our large family. Plenty of games, linens, and pillows. We enjoyed the home and will be happy to stay there again.

Family time

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Being at the Mountain was great. Grandkids enjoyed the Mountain biking, hiking, ebike rental, climbing wall. Everything we needed was right at hand. Rented a pontoon boat and spent a day on the lake. Even spent a day at Silverwood. Great family get-together.

Annual Family Trip

Overall the property was perfect for our family. Everything was provided except there was only 6 towels for a condo that sleeps 10. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!
