Charming property with pool & spa, up to 30 peo, 200km south Paris, Loire Valley

We work all year round as a guest house and top-of-the-range lodgings with swimming pool and SPA (sauna + Jacuzzi).
We suggest that you privatize all of our facilities.

Our particularity: to offer you a room for 30 people + top-of-the-range accommodation, all independent of each other, in an ultra peaceful and natural setting.
Lots of space, very good quality bedding. Numerous facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, swimming pool, playgrounds, furnished terraces, etc.)
Ideal to come and stay in a group while having its comfort and its intimacy!

"La Cave Margot" is located in the hollow of a pretty valley, in bucolic countryside 15 minutes from Vendôme, 45 minutes from the Loire castles and 200 km south of Paris. It is a property full of charm, comfortable and very well equipped for 28 to 30 people.
No close neighbours.
It is the ideal place to meet up (weekends with friends, family reunions, birthday parties, cousinades, internships or business seminars).

On site: Outdoor swimming pool 5x10 m, Sauna, Jacuzzi, fully equipped kitchen, large veranda, garden with trees, furnished terraces, barbecue, playgrounds (ping-pong, petanque, table football, badminton, XXL climbing frame, trampoline, zip line for children aged 40 meters, slackline, football goals, etc.).

When you privatize the whole, we put at your disposal our 7 accommodations + a large fully equipped kitchen + a dining room with a table for 28 people + a room. A total of 350 m2 with 13 independent bedrooms (12 double beds + 6 single beds) and 7 beautiful bathrooms.

a bedroom in the old bread oven / 20 m2: a double bed 160x200 + 1 high bed 80x180 for children only

- Kota chalet / 25 m2: bedroom 1: a double bed 160x200 / small separate bedroom: a double bed 160x190
- The caravan / 32 m2: bedroom 1: a double bed 160x200 / bedroom 2: bunk beds 2x (80x200) / living room: sofa convertible into 2 single beds 80x200

The common space (kitchen, meals, living room, wc) is independent of the accommodation (you have to cross the garden or the terraces to reach it). In total you will have about 100 m2 of common space to gather.

In the kitchen: 2 dishwashers for 13 place settings, an oven, 6 gas burners, an American fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine/dryer, classic coffee maker and espresso coffee maker, crockery, table for 28 place settings...

The price includes includes:

- bed linen and beds made upon arrival
- bath linen (bath and hand towel)
- pool towel in season
- bathrobe and flip flops for adults (to access outdoor facilities)
- soap, shower gel
- free access to the sauna and jacuzzi (outside, heated to 37°c all year round)
- heating (within the limit of reasonable consumption)
- room cleaning (but make the kitchen tidy, dishes done, fridge emptied and cleaned)
- household products and tea towels provided
- free wifi (fiber)
- Private parking

The bakery is located 2.5 km away in the village. The pastries are artisanal!

And also optional on reservation:
