Cotinière village, house with attached garage, with an intimate mineral terrace in lush greenery with small fenced and sunny garden out of sight 500m from the beach.
In a private residence (sorting, night lighting of aisles, green spaces) the house is far from the road. Parking space in the car park directly opposite or in front of the front door.
250m from the shops (Vival grocery store, La Gourgale bar, 300m bakery, market, pharmacy, tourist office annex with wifi, PMU, La Banchera restaurant, clothing and souvenir shops ...).
 4 adult mountain bikes are available free of charge for your stay.

A wooden staircase will take you to the first floor:
- the "foam cabin": 90 bed between the two bedrooms (7m2)
- 1 bedroom of 9m2: 140 bed + 2-door wardrobe, chair.
- 1 bedroom of 16m2: 140cm bed + a 140cm sofa bed + dressing room.
- 1 baby bed + 1 high chair + 1 bathtub + removable security gate for the stairs are available for free.

Pillows, woolen blankets, duvets, throws are provided. You will need to bring sheets, covers and pillowcases.

At low tide it is the playground of fishermen on foot (crabs, whelks, periwinkles, mussels, limpets ...) large natural pools form, they will delight children and adults, water is plenty warmer, they can fish small fish and crustaceans in the rocky shore.
