The Trade Winds Resort****, villa classified 4 Stars on 2.5 acres on the top of a hill of Besse s/Issole (Provence) at 1040ft altitude, panoramic view, quiet environment, 30 minutes from beaches, nice features, weekend packages from September to June :

- Villa 3681 ft² : 2 lounges of 721 ft² and 431 ft², 8 bedrooms including 1 living room-bedroom of 377 ft², 4 bathrooms + 4 toilets, 2 kitchens
- 18 standard sleeps, 4 extra sleeps, 2 baby beds, 1 baby high chair

- Maximum capacity for receptions: 35-40 guests in buffet mode
- 1 billiard table, 6 TVs, 2 pianos, PS 4 and PS 3 consoles with games, WiFi, fireplace
- 4 fridges, 2 dishwashers, washing machine, dryer, oven, induction hob, microwave, etc...
- 4 large tables for 6-8 guests each, 40+ chairs
- Large terraces, barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols
- Air-conditioned reception room in case of reception or party
- Pedestal fans for each bed in summer
- Unlimited parking on the property

The price is independent of the number of guests. Are included in exclusive use :
- Heated swimming pool 775 ft² under alarm (except in cold seasons)
- Bar pool house with fridge close to the pool

- Volley-ball and badminton net with rackets

The housekeeping service at the end of the stay is required (€ 295 payable on arrival). It includes the supply by the housekeeper of bed linen for the 18 standard sleeps, and their washing after the stay. Towels not provided.

Optional multi-speaker professional sound system 2 x 1300 W with mixer, microphone and 6 disco lights (75€/d for 2 days minimum).

Weekend packages 48 hours, 3 days / 2 nights and 72 hours from September to June. The arrival time can then be chosen between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m., the departure taking place at the latest at the same time as the arrival time without exceeding 6 p.m.

In July-August, weekly summer rentals are reserved for peaceful family-type holidays. Stays for festive purposes are not accepted in July-August.
