Ocean Pointe Suites, 3405, is a comfortable waterfront home base in the Upper Keys. Located in Tavernier between Key Largo and Islamorada, it offers spacious condo-style accommodations, a marina, pool, and oceanfront setting—ideal for travelers who want a relaxed place to stay while exploring everything the Keys have to offer.



The Space:

Experience the ultimate coastal getaway in our top floor suite at Ocean Pointe, where sunrise views and ocean vistas await. The open concept living area features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen television, and a dining table for four, all decorated in soothing Atlantic blue and green tones. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for home cooking, plus a breakfast bar for two. The master bedroom offers a king bed, television, and private ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, with a full guest bathroom located in the hall. Enjoy the convenience of an in-suite laundry center and a private balcony.



Please note that the building will undergo roof replacement work from May 18 to June 18, 2026, with construction occurring Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Daytime noise is expected, and workers may require brief balcony access during the first two weeks of the project, though no work is scheduled for Memorial Day weekend.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will enjoy complete privacy in your condominium while having full access to all the shared amenities at the Ocean Pointe Suites.

You will have full access to Ocean Pointe Suites resort and property, with a 24-hour security gate manned at all times.





Ocean Pointe is all about location and convenience. With a marina, pool, boardwalk, and waterfront setting, it offers a comfortable place to unwind between adventures. Its central location between Key Largo and Islamorada makes it easy to explore the Upper Keys while enjoying a quieter, less crowded stay.



The Neighborhood:

The Florida Keys is home to some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists. The drive to Key West is approximately 2 hours south and is remarkable! The Florida Keys offer a fantastic variety of restaurants, but with the bounty of fresh seafood available it's not surprising that the cuisine of the Keys is largely built around the catch of the day.



Getting Around:

A car is needed in the Florida Keys. Ocean Pointe is roughly 70 miles south of Miami International Airport and approximately a 2 hour drive to the Southern Most Point in Key West.

Pets & Smoking are prohibited



Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, and unauthorized parties are prohibited. Quiet hours are typically enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. If police are called to condo during your stay, you will be ask to leave and forfeit remaining rent.

Renters are responsible for cleanliness of condo during your rental stay.



MARINA INFORMATION:

All jet powered watercraft (i.e. jet skis, jet boats, etc.) are strictly prohibited.



Advance reservations are required for all marina and trailer reservations. All marina and trailer reservations are handled by a separate entity, Castle Group. You must contact Castle Group to reserve. Reservations cannot be made upon arrival – all reservations must be made in advance.



The marina will accept boats up to 28 feet.



Ocean Pointe Suites Marina slip rentals are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. All boats are required to carry insurance ($300,000.00 Liability and $100,000.00 property damage) as mandated by Ocean Pointe at Key Largo Condominium Association. Proof of insurance is required upon making reservations. Boats not carrying the minimum required coverage will not be allowed onto property.
