Come and discover and spend your holidays in the Périgord Noir 30 minutes from Rocamadour, the Padirac chasm and many tourist sites in the Dordogne and Lot, in a gite located at altitude (320 m) offering a magnificent panorama, close to Sarlat and de Souillac. We will not fail to indicate you the essential visits to make, as well as certain places less frequented by the holiday makers but which offer a total outline of the villages and the castles of Périgord Noir, on the traces of the Templars for example. We will make sure to provide you with a few small addresses relating to gastronomy and fun attractions for children and the whole family. Many walking paths, at the foot of the cottage, allow various activities (cycling, mountain biking, hiking on marked paths). A private meadow and wood adjoining the property can serve as outdoor playgrounds. The cottage is located 10 minutes from all shops and public services, as well as from the Dordogne, on the banks of which you can practice swimming and picnicking (landscaped areas). The single-storey gîte gives direct access to a covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Private parking and access road. The cottage and its layout are completely new: fitted kitchen, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set, various and complete utensils and dishes. Sofa bed (140, 2 people) in the living room, tables, chairs, stools, storage cabinet, wall and floor sideboards, television. The windows and front door are fitted with blackout blinds. Bathroom with shower and sink, storage box and worktop. Separate toilets. Bedroom with new 160 bedding, two wardrobes, bedside lamps, mirrors. Equipment for children under 2 years of age (travel cot, changing mat, high chair) can be made available, on request, at no additional cost, as well as books, comics, and board games. The rental of the cottage is designed for 4 people (and possibly a young child). It is rented by the week, and can, on request, be rented at the weekend (except April: Easter holidays, July and August) (minimum nights: 2). If a pet should accompany you, contact us. The cottage is a non-smoking area. It must be returned in impeccable condition at the end of the stay. An inventory will be established and a deposit of € 500 will be required upon booking and returned at the end of the stay after inventory.
