A210 If you're looking for a condo sure to please the whole family you won't want to miss this picture perfect 2 bed/2 bath oceanfront complex. Win-San's is the closest oceanfront condo to Flagler Avenue shopping, dining, and more! With just 42 units in this family friendly community, you'll have plenty of room to relax at the pool. The unit is clean and bright and the price is just right!

We call this unit a "poolside townhouse". This immaculate two story condo with private balcony overlooking the pool/beach was just updated with gorgeous 12x24 gray plank tile throughout the downstairs as well as both bathrooms. The living/ dining area invite comfort with the open living space and stylish finishes. You can enjoy cooking for the whole gang in this fully equipped gorgeous modern kitchen with black granite counter tops and stainless steal appliances. The master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable king size bed and black bedroom set with granite tops that give a luxurious feel. The spare bedroom is just as stunning with both a twin and a full size bed as well as the same gorgeous granite tops on the dressers. There are 2 exquisitely done full bathrooms in this condo, They both have been completely remolded with new tile in the showers and granite countertops. They are conveniently located with one upstairs in the hallway between the bedrooms and the other downstairs just off the kitchen. Washer and dryer are on site but not in the unit.

We pride ourselves on ensuring that every unit is clean and bright and this complex is no exception. Amenities such as sheets, towels, cookware allow you to just bring your suitcase. Management is available whether it's a question about your unit, or a restaurant recommendation, we are there to assist! Great stay!

Well equipped kitchen in condo right on the beach. Mattresses were comfortable, walked everywhere and had an amazing time.

Better than the pictures!

Lovely, immaculate condo with a view of the beach from the balcony. Even though it was busy in town being that our stay was during Memorial Day weekend, the condo was quiet and a nice respite. Great communication with Kate! Highly recommend this property!

Great location and condo!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately we were in town for a funeral and did not get to experience the town or any of the activities that Flagler beach has to offer. Hopefully we will return.

Win-San Condo

Condo was clean and as presented. Location is on the beach and convenient to restaurants and shops along the main street-walking distance. The unit we rented is on the second floor and the condo is a townhouse with the bedrooms being upstairs. If stairs are an issue this unit could be a challenge. There is no washer and dryer in the unit, but there is a pay laundry room on site. Personal items such as soap and shampoo are not provided. One roll of toilet paper that was provided for the stay was not nearly enough and we did have to purchase more. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this rental.

Great as always!

Unit itself was great as always. Need to do something about all the underage drunk teenagers running rampant on the beach right in front of the Win San on July 4th. It was bad last year and worse this year. They stayed there all day and until 11:30 pm when the cops finally kicked them out. Even got into a fight with some of the tenants at the Win San. Not a good look.

I love how beautiful and comfortable it was ! I just wished there was a hand mixer, blender, wooden spoons and lids to the frying pans! Also wanted to report the dishwasher bottom was filled with smelly moldy water so I ran it a couple of times before I washed dishes in it. Someone may want to check it out. Thank you for the comfortable beautiful surroundings. They did a great job! I would be interested in buying one like this if ever available! Soooooo great! May want to rent again next year the same week or week of Father's Day and Sea Side Fiesta. Would they ever consider renting for 6 months at a time? 636-399-5809

We have been coming to Win-San for many years. This unit was beautiful. Recently remodeled. Only one hiccup with the electronic lock, but NSB realty was fast to respond. Also the lock to the gate to the beach need to be fixed or replaced.

Great place to stay

Other than terrible internet service the unit itself is fantastic. We have been coming there 4th of July week for 11 years now. I was disappointed in the lack of general upkeep of the common areas in general. The common areas used tk be a lot better maintained. The pool area wasn't as clean as usual.

Hidden Gem

The Win-San has been the beach destination for many of us who live in central Florida. Of course we ran into the younger generation who's parents took them to the Win-San for vacation when they were little and they come now to relive the family friendly experience. The Win-San has kept the building and units in tip top shape, the pool was cleaned several times while we were there and we have only great things to say about our stay. It has the best location within walking distance of many dining places and shops.

Clean and Quiet

I was very impressed with this condo. I am very picky with places being clean and this one was spotless. Everything is updated and done really well, this place has everything you need. It was great with children, pretty quiet and the pool was not crowded. The beds were very comfortable! The only little complaints I have are no privacy on the balcony, and for some odd reason all the towels provided are very old, small, and rough. I would suggest bringing your own bath towels, and there wasn’t any beach towels provided. We would definitely rent this place again.

We had a wonderful time and found everything to be very convenient. Loved being able to walk around the town without having to use a car. Only thing was the air conditioning in the larger bedroom was not really cooling the room. Our realtor was excellent ( Janine Swiger).We hope to be back.

Great place but sad to hear we can't get it again

Excellent accommodations as always at A210. We have been coming to NSB for the 4th for the last 8 years and have stayed in A210 every year. We were disappointed to hear the unit will not be available next year. Hopefully the other units at Win San are as nice.
