Needs Updating and cleaning

A great place but not great communication

Signs on the doors had incorrect information regarding parking lot seals. We and 7 others were towed on the incorrect date bc we did not know our cars had to be moved Saturday, when the sign said Sunday. The tiki bar tender was amazing and the staff was helpful. There needs to be more communication between management and staff bc they were not sure of what to do with the tows.

2nd rate quest

We stayed in a condo that was in a hotel and treated as a not wanted guest. We were given 4 towels for 10 days of swimming and beach life. So we went to the front desk of the Hawaiin inn and were told we don’t exist to them and can’t get a towels not even someone to repair the toilet so I had to fix the float in the tank my self. We emails vrbo and didn’t hear back from vrbo . The hotel info like pools being open , broken elevators not working main level bathrooms were not open and and felt like a second rate quest .

We won't be staying here again.

We won't be staying here again. The condo itself was nice and comfortable for our short stay. However, please know this is a very old property. The luau described in the Description of this property as Not available. I don't know if it will reopen. The chairs on the balcony at this Condo are rusted completely and the only way we could sit on them was using our towels. For 2 adults for 3 nights we had 2 towels 2 washcloths and 2 hanging towels. There is no dishwasher even though they left us dishwashing Detergent. The bed was very comfortable. But beware it is a long way from the elevator to this room. The hallways are hot, the only ventilation is close to the end it's open to outside so if it's hot and humid outside it's hot and humid in the hallway.1st night after we checked in and went to dinner when we came back the lock on the door would not work using the code. Vtrips answered when we called (waiting in the extremely warm hallway) and we had to wait an hour for the property manager to get there to reset the lock and then we got a physical key so We didn't get locked out again You have to call Vtrip for everything, Not the front desk. However they do give you the code to the door from the Pool area to the beach. Be sure you get that before you go out to the beach from the pool area or you will not be able to come back in. Luckily we thought about trying it before we went out or we wouldn't have known we needed a coat.

Beach view but Ryan down property

Let’s start with the pro: oceanfront, and decent unit that was fairly shown in the listing. And cheap for last minute booking. Decent bar with cheap drinks. Grocery store very close. Nightclubs 2 miles north. Now the con: unit was filthy on arrival at 4:00, but Cathy the cleaner beat us there by a minute or two and did a thorough job cleaning for the next hour or so. Apparently no one told her the unit was rented until very late. Cable inop...heard later but do not know if it is accurate that the owner may have not been paying his condo dues and it was cut off. WiFi also not as listed, but the front desk took pity on us and let use use the building WiFi. Mildew and mold in shower, window curtains, and ceiling, but we live at a beach so I get that this is a never ending battle. Hallways a mess...like a 197Os cinder block prison. Clientele was mostly families, but lots of smokers around pool. All in all tolerable for a last minute trip, but if you’re looking for clean, I’d look elsewhere.

depressing and way overpriced

roaches in the lobby...weird smell in the hallway and unit...exposed buzzing, blinking, fluorescent lights in hallway which looked like a horror movie psyche ward. Will not use this host again.

Summer fun

The condo was very nice and clean. But not enough towels. We were there for 6 nights and had 2 towels and 2 wash clothes. I had to go buy more towels for the rest of the stay.

The location was dirty and poorly kept. The rental was out dated and not very clean.

The blanket was stained and dirty. We were given 2 towels to last a week and could not get additional towels. So dissatisfied that we left after a couple of days, taking a loss. We booked a different resort for the rest of our vacation. Really had an impact!
