House with pool on the edge of the garrigue, dominant view

Our house is located in a village 25 minutes from the center of Montpellier and 30 minutes from the beaches (le petit Travers and le grand Travers between Carnon and La Grande Motte). In the village, you will find a bakery, a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a doctor, a hairdresser, games for children.
Our environment is calm and we have a nice view of the garrigue and the vineyards. Departures by pushing the gate at the bottom of the garden ...
Our house is ideal for families with children: enclosed swimming pool (4.5m by 9m), large trampoline, swing, slide, 2000 m² garden, table tennis table, pétanque or molkky pitch, mini football pitch, billiards , table football, piano, and many board games.
There are three floors:
- on the garden level: game room with billiards and table football
- ground floor: large living room (living-dining-kitchen) overlooking the terrace + 2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms
- upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 3 single beds) + bathroom

We have a cat that basically lives outside and we will ask you to feed it. We also have three hens that will lay very good eggs for you in exchange for food and water!
We offer rental only for 3 weeks.
