Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and stores including: La Rosa's restaurant, Root Cellar Wine and Beer, Skyline Chili, Bangkok Street Thai restaurant, GFS store, Dollar store, 5/3rd bank and many more.
1/3 mile from Trader Joe's food store.
One mile away from the largest mall in Cincinnati, Kenwood Towne Center
12-15 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati.

For additional cost per person, guests may request:

Healthy dinner for 2 or more.
The owner conducts healthy cooking classes every Saturday from noon to 1:30 pm on the first level, therefore guests are invited to attend for a discounted cost of $25 per person. Health, nutrition and disease prevention are often discussed while enjoying the prepared food for lunch.

Guests are allowed up to 2 visitors total, no overnight stay.

Although communication with the property owner was good, would not recommend or stay there again. Crumbs were left all over the floor and on couch; didnā€™t appear to be swept or vacuumed. Furniture was worn out, including a pillow placed on a chair for the worn out cushion. Body puff and a used razor was left in the shower. The kitchen was locked and totally inaccessible and this was not made clear in description of home. Owner was out of town and left her daughterā€™s contact information. When we reached out to the daughter, she never responded. The beds were comfortable, but the bedding was well worn. The location was good for our purpose. Something that may have made the stay better and therefore improved the rating would have been the use of the kitchen and updated and less worn out furniture.

The property was cute with very pretty landscaping. Thereā€™s a business on the first floor with a bi-fold door opening into the hallway to the upstairs. There is no privacy door to the upstairs which felt a little less secure. Iā€™m particular about towels being soft so I ran to home goods to buy softer shower towels. We chose this property for its proximity to my daughterā€™s house and it worked out very well for the visit. I would stay there again.

A few more coffee pods are needed. Everything else is sufficiently supplied. There is no kitchen or breakfast area. Microwave is available. Parking lot is big and house is conveniently located. Owner answered questions promptly. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Peachies rental is pleasantly decorated and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy. I highly recommend this accommodation. It has a great location with quick highway access to Cincinnati.

Quick, Hot trip to Cincy

We enjoyed our stay at Peachyā€™s Place in spite of the crazy heat wave. It was a great location for us and we enjoyed getting a taste of the Silverton people and their establishmentā€™s! Thanks Peacy for sharing your place!

Great location

My mom and I were in town for Flying Pig. It poured rain the whole weekend so we were at the room more than we anticipated. The only opportunities I noticed were the tub could use a deep clean and the shower head pointed at the wall which made it difficult to have a proper shower. Beyond that, the location is amazing and it is such a quick drive into the city. My mom absolutely loved the place and wants to go back.

Cute little cottage in nice neighborhood

My daughter and I took a trip to visit friends and stayed in the cute cottage. It was easy to find and access, clean and cute, the only downside was the traffic noise at night that made sleeping a little difficult in the front bedroom. Otherwise the stay was excellent, the host was great, and we enjoyed our time there.

Great location

Good spot for everything along the Kenwood/Madeira/Silverton corridor. Convenient parking. Great communication with the host. Best for stays that are an alternative to a hotel. Small kitchen-like amenities, but no kitchen and just a very small livingroom.

Best location- great accommodations

I chose this listing for the convenience of proximity to both downtown Cincinnati as well as the Kenwood shopping area and the northeast suburbs. The property was everything we had hoped for: cozy (but larger than expected), clean (we did not encounter any issues seen in the previous review, making that seem like a personal issue with that particular reviewer?) Yes, the lockbox with the key at the door took us more than one attempt, but not an issue. There are steps up to the suite, but we expected that. When we got upstairs, we found a well appointed sitting area with a pullout couch, two large bedrooms with clean sheets and floors. No sign of dust. There is a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We really loved the decor, and the fact that each bedroom was separate with its own window ac unit, so that each guest can close their door and adjust the temp to their comfort level was nice. The second bathroom was just inside the entrance on the first floor, but we never needed it. The main bathroom had towels and everything we could want. Communication with the host was perfect. We wished we could have timed our arrival to be able to meet her and take a cooking class. We will definitely recommend this location - it felt like staying with a friend. Wonā€™t rent again

Shower leaked into steep staircase that you have to use for entrance and exit got slippery I fell once but every shower that was taken I had to clean up from the major leak thatā€™s 3 showers every day all week alot of cleaning had to buy extra towels to clean water. I informed the owner and never got a response. Do not rent this unit

Rental on Montgomery Road

This was the worst and I mean worst stat ever! Filthy and dirty property ! The area rugs not only werenā€™t vacuumed but the nasty stains everywhere. The candy jar was a bunch of sticky nasty candies. Bathroom mat was disgusting and there were used bars of soap in there, all sorts of soaps all over and filthy tub with mold around. Dusty furniture I could write words in and doors that were so disgusting! I have pics of everything! Owner made no attempt to correct or make our stay comfortable! Lost two nights sleep

Grateful for a place to stay, but cleanliness was definitely an issue

There are a lot of the owners personal items in the space. It appears as if someone lives there full-time and hurriedly cleared out the space. The floors and rugs were very dirty, some places with sticky spills that were not cleaned before we arrived. The owner was pleasant, the gardens outside were pretty, but the bees and squished grapes made it impossible to enjoy any of the outside spaces. It is a charming owner property filled with antiques, but it could definitely use some TLC.

At this property, on the first floor, I provide nutrition and health counseling for clients and conduct healthy cooking classes (up to 20 attendees) every Saturday (unless out of town) from noon to 1:30 pm.
