This residence is very much our home--not your typical rental. It is furnished with a kitchen loaded with comforts and appliances, bicycles that we are happy to share with our guests, and a charcoal grill. Also a 2 car garage with driveway. Enjoy the very private lake view from the lanai. The village of Cardinal Cove only has 44 residences and truly has a neighborhood feel. This villa is the perfect getaway from the cold winter. Enjoy Fiddler’s Creek and everything it has to offer including a gorgeous club and spa, fitness center, casual and fine dining, many activities, like fitness classes, pickle ball, Fiddler's Creek parties & events, bocci ball, and fantastic amenities. $750 membership transfer fee is additional and allows you full access to Fiddlers Creek Amenities including Club and Spa, Fitness Center, Pickle Ball Courts, Pools, Hot Tub, Pool side cocktail service, Dining and much more! Golf and Tennis are not included with this rental.
