Gated community with 24/7 security, just a short 20 minute drive to downtown Rocky Point. Full amenities,, A/C, WiFi, Cable T.V., fresh linen, towels, dishes, silverware.
We live on the property and will make sure that we are here when you arrive to welcome you
The casita has its own beach access so you are totally private
As a thank you for choosing us we will invite you for a complementary breakfast at Giuseppe’s on blvd Fremont to make sure you are talking care of for your trip back home

Loved the beach view from both the upper patio, and the lower patio - toes in the sand! Hosts were very nice and social but respected our privacy.

Relaxing Beach Vaca

We had a wonderful time relaxing by the beach. The casita had everything you need including access to the beach for a few days of fun in the sun. Location is quiet and not too far from town when you desire a little interaction with the local community.

This property is fantastic! Great location just outside of the busy town on an absolutely beautiful beach. The property owners are super nice and very helpful. Excellent accommodation with plenty of room for two with a very nice patio for sitting out and watching a sunrise or sunset. Highly recommend the Casita by the Sea - we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful!

I've been going to Rocky point for over 50 years. Playa encanto is the best beach there for me. Casino by the sea is a cute little place reasonably priced. The host is wonderful and the view out the windows and on the back. Patios is marvelous 10 steps from inside to the beach. I love this place

Great place

Casita by the sea is a nice little gem tucked away beach front in playa Encanto. The owners are on site and will help you with anything you need. They also have a great restaurant for breakfast and lunch, i highly recommend. You will love the beach and the kick back vibe.

One of my Happy Places!!!

Second time in a row I spent my birthday here at Casita by the Sea. A clean, totally equipped, comfortable gem ON THE BEACH!! I'd walk my pups on the beach every morning and usually see no one else. There is some deferred maintenance, but that is the only drawback in my little paradise. So long as you don't book in mid July I encourage you to experience Encanto Beach. 20 minutes from downtown and out of this world. Enjoy! Tell the charming Gina and Marie I said hi!

This was our 2nd time at the casita by the sea. Perfect beach location and casita. Maria Robert and Gina are always accommodating and made us feel at home. We will be back again in October

The sofa that was provided for sitting was a very torn up. Had no proper pillows. It was a sleeper sofa and when you sat down your back sides slid to the bottom metal bar on the bed. Extremely uncomfortable. I would have appreciated a broom and dust pan to help keep the sand out that we tracked in. If those were corrected we would stay again.

perfect for me

I've been going to Rocky Point for almost 50 yrs. Playa Encanto didn't have even one house on it. You could drive on the beach and camp on the beach. (be right by the water) I am glad that you can't do that anymore, on any of the main beaches, keeps things much better for the environment. This place was almost perfect for me. Wake up, make coffee, take 25 steps and I'm on the beach. No crowds, most early mornings no one on the beach. Photos on Vrbo are spot on, exactly as pictured. No issues of any kind.

Great Cassita by the sea!

Wonderful little place right on the beach! Dolphins, pelicans and lots of sea shells! Great beach walks with the changing tides too.

Avoid

The house , the neighborhood , all fine. The Hostess not accommodating , not ethical and not truthful . She just wants money . When we discussed a delayed arrival about a month early prior to check in , she expressed relief as there was a broken window in our unit and she said it could not be repaired by our original check in date. Within 48 hours of arrival Heather became very sick , consulted with her Doctor and after a week of still not recovered, it was advised to leave by her doctor. We chose to leave out of abundance of caution for her health . We only stayed a total of 9 Nights out of a prepaid stay of 32 nights and Marie flatly disagreed to any compensation. She has a sign posted in the unit offering direct 2 night min stays OFF of VRBO that require only a cash payment with a small Venmo deposit. Clearly, willing in those situations to circumvent the standard we were harshly held to in her VRBO listing that she says is not possible to provide ANY part of a pricing adjustment no matter why. So we had to leave and even though our unit was not ready on our original arrival date, we received nothing at all no partial or any consideration. The bright spot was Daughter in law , Gina , who was compassionate , understanding and helpful ensuring messages were received by the Hostess that we had sent and Marie ignored . Gina was surprised by Marie failing to give any compensation but she had no ability herself to help us further. That is all handled by Marie who refused.

Cozy casita with great hosts! Quiet location away from the city, but only 20 minutes to town. The beach is your backyard! Gated community with security 24/7.
